We ordered beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas for a get-together at our house last night. The food was hot and ready at the appointed time. Staff was friendly and everything was packed up and ready to go.
The food was delicious! I have never really been a fan of beef fajitas because I always seem to get tough ones. These were tender and tasty! We all said they were some of the best we’ve had. The chicken and shrimp were great, too.
We had plenty of tortillas, beans, rice, cheese, guacamole, pico, salsa and lettuce. The queso is my favorite! Perfect amount of heat and it’s so creamy! The chips always rock…thin, crisp and warm!
We are big fans of Fajita Joe’s and will definitely order again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just left fajita Pete’s and they could see I was very upset. I’ve never met nicer people in my life. I told them my dog recently died and she was the only companion I had in the world. I haven’t been sleeping much I haven’t been eating much haven’t been working cuz my only income is Uber Eats and can’t really drive because I haven’t been eating and I haven’t been sleeping too well. They Got me some fajitas and gave me a hug and encouragement and I’ve never met anyone who was so nice and so friendly. I recommend this place 100% because it makes a big difference when people care. I seriously love this place. My order is always fresh and ridiculously good. The chips are insanely thin, crispy, and addictive, the sauces are amazing, and everything is delicious and flavorful. The salsa is really good too, I just wish there was a spicier option because I love spicy.
The Colleyville location being right next to my work is dangerous (in the best way), and the service is always the best. They are friendly, professional, and consistent.

Great for catering. The fajitas for 10 assumes 3 per person, could really feed 12-15 depending on portion size. The food itself is good enough for what it is. The beef a little dry without sauce/onions. Chicken was good and well cooked.

The fajitas were ok, but the portion sizes are terrible. For 2 people it came out to $42 with extra tortillas. We got the combo meat of steak and chicken. It was probably half a steak and 3/4 a chicken breast. The rice tasted like school cafeteria food and the boracho beans were bland. For the price and reviews I was expecting better, but it is average at best

It’s been more than a year since I’ve eaten at Fajita Pete’s. I waited so long because of my experience the last time. Thought I would give them another try since it was Small Business Saturday. So I ordered the chicken fajitas for one, added sour cream and chips and queso. Half the chicken was so tough I couldn’t even cut it with a knife and fork much less chew it. And I did try! I don’t know if it was old chicken, or overcooked chicken or chicken that had been cooked and then cooked again because they needed to use it. For $25 I’d like to get chicken that can be chewed. I would’ve posted a picture but don’t see that option.
