A special shoutout to the incredible team who made our visit memorable — Francisco and Maria (Managers), Moises and Henry (Grill), Denis (Cook), Karen (Salad), and Elena (Server). Each of them contributed to such a positive and welcoming experience. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind … you could genuinely see the pride they take in what they do. There was not a single person without a smile, and that kind of atmosphere makes a huge difference.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We loved that there’s both indoor and outdoor seating available, making it a perfect spot whether you’re coming for a casual meal or a relaxed evening out.

We tried their family meal, which was an amazing way to experience a variety of flavors. The Kabseh rice was incredibly aromatic and flavorful. The kebab platter with lamb, chicken, and shrimp was perfectly cooked… juicy, tender, and full of authentic taste.

The sides were equally impressive. Our favorites included the kishkeh labneh, which was creamy and unique, the baba ganoush with its rich smoky flavor, and the spicy hummus which had just the right kick. The chicken curry salad, pomegranate eggplant, and potatoes were all delicious and added so much variety to the meal.

Amazing food, beautiful space, and even better people. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

This place is simply amazing. We ordered a family meal and were blown away. There are around 15 individual things to eat from the grilled items to amazing sides. Sayed went out of his way to explain the menu to us when he heard that it was our first time here. You also get a complimentary mint tea at the end to wash it all down. Also the staff was very courteous.
It was one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in my life. I hope the restaurant continues to do pretty well.

I’ve been to Fadi’s before (even various locations) but wow and man was it delicious today.

Like everything was really good. All very flavorful. Tastes like quality ingredients and care put into the presentation and cooking.

Jalapeño hummus
Pomegranate eggplant ✅️
Guacamole with chickpeas

Be sure to ask/confirm which sides are considered half sides vs. one full side. This ended up costing me extra because I didn’t know the potato ball was considered a full side.

Clean tables, seating, and atmosphere.

My only recommendation is that the owner/GM approach the landlord about installing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in the parking lot. This is a convenience to your current customer base but also a great way to pull in more/new customers and increase revenue.

Your restaurant already attracts people who are driving EVs and it’s helpful to charge where you sit down to dine.

Consider introducing my local Houston business, Pangea Charging, to your landlord and your other locations. We can help take care of this and bring a sense of loyalty to your customer base.

And the winner is …

Service and atmosphere:
I have been to a few of Fadi’s restaurants but this one is my favourite so far.
Service – very good which is consistent across-all locations.
Restaurant was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable.

Food and drinks:
This location has the biggest selection of various foods by far. Everything was fresh, flavoursome, well seasoned and elegantly presented not to mention very testy.
Desserts are very good too.
You can choose tea, coffee, or soft drinks to accompany your meal.

Pricing:
$$ very affordable especially when you choose the shareable plate option.

Superb, in my very honest opinion. Great quality for a major chain restaurant. Doesn’t bloat your stomach is you have GI problems, friendly service, clean establishment. Slightly pricey depending what you order but overall. Food quality is amazing! I highly recommend trying Fadis

We always enjoy dining at Fadi’s. Great food, great service and it is clean. I enjoyed the 6 vegetarian sides which I made vegan. My husband ate the Moroccan chicken with 2 sides (cabbage salad & the seafood salad). We both enjoyed our meal. Best hummus ever!

I love Fadi’s and have been a loyal customer for nearly 25 years. I first discovered Fadi’s when I lived behind the Westheimer/Dairy Ashford location and I’ve been a regular ever since. I’ve shared with family, friends and colleagues about Fadi’s and always made a point to stop by even after moving to another State.

We visited the Memorial location on Dec 31 and noticed a promotion offering 10% off gift cards with a minimum $50 purchase. I thought this was a great opportunity to share my love of Fadi’s with my new real estate agent who helps us out in house hunting! Unfortunately, Francisco, the manager, told us they run out of gift cards. Since we were on our way to a friend’s dinner in Sugar Land, he suggested we stop by the SL location and speak with the manager there, Shane.

Because of Houston traffic and other errands we needed to run before dinner, I called the SL location to explain that we wouldn’t make it in time and asked whether we could purchase the gift card the next day, Jan 1. Shane flatly said no-no exceptions since the promotion ended on Dec 31 and then abruptly hung up. I understand year-end accounting considerations, but the complete lack of flexibility (and courtesy) was shocking, especially when this would have been additional revenue for the restaurant. It was not customer-centric at all.

To be fair, Francisco at the Memorial location did offer to honor the 10% discount if we came back on Jan 1, but he couldn’t guarantee they’d have gift cards available. I mentioned that the Meyerland location would be closest to us, but was told that location has a different owner and doesn’t participate in the same promotions. That left us frustrated, especially given our schedule the next day.

As for the Memorial location itself: the food was good, service overall was solid, and the layout reminded me of the Katy location. However, the cashier experience could use improvement. She was on the phone while checking us out and clearly multitasking while responding to someone else at the same time. It felt rushed and disorganized especially there weren’t any wheat pitas, possibly due to understaffing. This visit was around 3:05 pm on Dec 31, so I understand it was a busy day, but it might be worth having additional staff to help with carryout or catering orders.

I’m sharing this because I care about Fadi’s and want to see the customer experience reflect the quality and reputation the brand has built over the years.

Good place to taste Lebanese cuisine. They offer a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed. You order at the counter, add sides, pay, and the food will be delivered to your table. They only offer indoor seating at this location

This counter-serve restaurant offers a fantastic selection of Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes that are always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The roasted cauliflower is a standout—crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I also love their variety of fresh salads, each bursting with bold, authentic flavors and vibrant ingredients. The rice is hearty and aromatic, complementing every meal perfectly. Don’t skip the desserts—they’re sweet, traditional, and the perfect finish. Everything is reasonably priced, making it a great option for a wholesome, affordable meal. The cafeteria-style setup is quick and convenient, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. A must-visit spot!

I thought this was a great Mediterranean restaurant. The food tasted fresh and flavorful. Ordered a couple of baklava to go and they were yummy. The meats were grilled that day and the prepared side dishes also tasted like they were prepared that morning. I felt like it was good bang for buck – about $15-$20 per person.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. You ordered and then go sit down so there isn’t a server exactly although we were able to request napkins from the runners (those bringing over the food ).

The parking lot can get full as it shared with other restaurants and other businesses. Since you order first a line can appear although it moves quickly.
