The food was very disappointing — everything was tasteless, cold, and poorly presented. The waitress was very sweet, but the guy at the host stand was EXTREMELY RUDE, which ruined the mood from the very beginning.

The atmosphere is nice, and the lake view is beautiful.

Overall, I totally do not recommend this place.

Nice and quiet. Fish was great. Coffee and dessert were ok. A little whipped cream would have been nice but good with a cup of coffee. Waitress was super sweet and she recommended the fish!

Came here for dinner on a Friday. Wasn’t crowded. The staff are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is nice as it’s right on the lake. Indoor and outdoor seating available, both with view. Decent selection on the menu, and they also had specials. The charcuterie board is huge and very fairly priced. My husband enjoyed his swordfish. My pork dish was ok, the meat was a little dry, and brussel sprout pork belly mix over cooked. The gelato and apple crumble deserts were delicious.

I ordered the brussel sprout nachos and cheese cauliflower soup. Soup had big chunks of cauliflower and was not very creamy. Nachos 2 years ago were much better. They claimed home made chips but they were not. Could tell because there were little pieces of chips like you find at the bottom of a bag. Also there was bunches of chips stuck together.Only about 2 sprouts and 2 pieces of pork belly. Liquid cheese on top. Very disappointing. Service was good and so was the atmosphere.

We set out alongside the water. It’s very beautiful view. Food was awesome. I had the pork chop It was so big and juicy, it was delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant. I never stayed at the hotel, but the girls field hockey team did, and said It’s very nice.

The food was good! Their service was good too. The guy made sure that we were taken care of. The cocktail I had was pretty good. But the chicken and waffles were delicious! Great brunch!

I suspect all reviews have a lot of subjectivity in them, I admit mine do and I’ll explain my mindset before I get to the review. I had planned a romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday and wanting to make it special, I booked our stay at one the prestige resorts on the Seneca Lake waterfront. From the start it was a disappointing experience. While there were many reasons for the disappointment, the food service was very poor. On checkout day, we cancelled our breakfast reservation and searched Google for an alternate, and while I generally look for a 4.5 review score or higher, the F2T’s breakfast menu sold me. I wasn’t looking at five “elevated” breakfast offerings, I was looking at a full page of the All-American basics for breakfast, and at reasonable prices.

When we arrived we had a window seat with a wonderful view of Lake Seneca. The host that seated us was upbeat and friendly and I started to get a good vibe about the place. Comfortable, functional decor, a good menu, a great view, and service with a smile.

Our waitress, Jackie showed up, and and she was just what we needed. She was competent, perfectly attendendent (not hovering and not invisible), and as more customers arrived, I realized she was the only waitstaff on duty, and she didn’t miss a beat. Everyone in that restaurant got the same service. I have to emphasize, the food would have to have been inedible for us to walk out of there without big smiles on our faces.

We had eggs, sunny side and over easy, breakfast potatoes, bacon, regular and Canadian, and a half-stack of buttermilk pancakes, coffee, and I had an orange juice. All perfectly cooked or prepared. I realize you may be saying to yourself, but that’s all easy stuff to make, and I agree. However, it’s exactly what we needed after the prior two days. This is my thank you for the vibe and the competence, and pricing that’s hard to find these days.

The next time we visit Lake Seneca we’ll probably try the attached hotel. It’s in a great location, with what looks like a fun lakefront walking path, and the prices look reasonable. I’m not going to review the hotel we stayed at. I don’t like to write negative reviews. There’s so much going on that I’m not aware of in such a complex property I’m in no position to harshly judge the people who work there. I absolutely love to write reviews about places that make me happy, though!

If you want brunch, get there before breakfast and pack a lunch. Probably the top 5 WORST service I’ve ever had.

Some coworkers and I were recommended this place by a colleague a while ago so we thought it would be an enjoyable place for Sunday Brunch. We were seated quickly. The indoor dining area was somewhat awkward in terms of acoustics, no music and the sound carries… no privacy. We got there just before 11 and ordered brunch a few minutes later. After an hour of waiting and one check-in, we did not have our food so we. We couldn’t find our actual waitress, we got up and went looking.

Went here 40 minutes before closing but still had amazing food and superior service. Miguel (sic?) was very helpful and friendly. He described everything we asked about in helpful detail and on his suggestion we both ordered the potroast. Done “Mississippi style” it was amazing. The fresh baked rolls it came with were excellent. Miguel is such an asset to your buisness.
