The girls are always so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past several months now and never had a bad experience. They will help you through the 3 step process if you let them know it’s your first time. A shot of Aloe, a tea, and a nutritional shake for $8! They also have other nutritional add ins for tea and shakes. YMCA members get a discount as well. You won’t be disappointed.
