Went to EVO on Monday during happy hour (4-6pm). Ambiance is good, felt a little dark though. But that does give a good feel. Being a vegetarian my choices are limited in the happy hour menu. So ordered whipped feta dip, margherita pizza, arancini and butter cake. I noticed almost everyone who is in the restaurant is trying the feta dip. Overall all of them are fantastic except pizza which is still decent. Service is excellent. Will definitely recommend.

We were visiting out of town and stopped in last night and had Brittney as a server. She said it was her first shift back after being gone 7 months, but you could have never known. She was personable and professional and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was amazing. Whipped feta, delightful and amazing. (I do prefer it with bread, versus the apples, we had both) I had short rib pasta ragu, (pasta was fresh and light, ribs to die for) husband had margarita pizza and he said it was amazing. Would def go back!

I am amazzzed at the pizza. I got the Calabrian Pizza and it was absolutely out of this world. Everything was peak flavor. The prosciutto was incredible. The sauce was the perfect consistency and the honey hot made it even better. The crust was perfect too. Fluffy and crispy and thin. Perfect pizza. Also I was in awe when I opened the box and saw how beautiful it was

Went to EVO for drinks and a vibe after dinner with a friend. The service was amazing; everyone had great energy. We were greeted by an energetic host and promptly led to a high top in the cocktail lounge area. The vibe was inviting: diverse people and diverse music. EVO provided us with the perfect atmosphere to catch up and still vibe. I opted for a double shot of tequila (I know, basiccc) my friend opted for a topo chico ranch water but they were out of topo chico (- points). Overall, very pleasant experience. 8/10 , 4.5⭐️

Pleasant experience! We visited for AZ Chef’s Restaurant Week. The food was good, solid, but no spectacular. A few misses, a few wins! The drinks were lovely and uncharacteristically strong! Win! The menu includes a drink with it, a nice bonus. The lamb and fish were cooked extremely well, and the ravioli with mushroom sauce was decadent. OMG. The tiramisu was served in a chocolate shell and was spectacular! I’ve never seen tiramisu served like this and it was so good!

Came to have drinks with friends late (10ish pm) one Sunday night. LOVE the atmosphere here. There is bar seating as well as lounge type area with couches and comfy chairs. We sat in the main dining area and stayed until around 1 am, the whole time feeling welcome to stay for as long as we would like. Our waitress was friendly and there when we needed her, but otherwise left us to visit with our friends. They have an extensive selection of liquor, wine and beer, from well to top shelf, as well as a full menu of specialty cocktails. They do play music at a decent volume – this night happened to be deep/melodic house and ambient electronic type music. We didn’t eat, so I can’t speak about the food, but if you are. Looking for a chill place to have some drinks late at night… This place is perfect.

I was lounging about on a Sunday night (wasnt planning to go out) but it was 10:30 pm and I was hungry for some non fast food dinner. I worried that this restaurant might be a trendy spot where I would feel underdressed in my workout gear, but I was very pleasantly surprised. No one gave me the judgemental once over, the employees seemed genuinely kind and welcoming. I felt right at home. I sat outside in the courtyard area as the inside kinda loud but not as bad as inside. I ordered chicken parm which came with homemade pasta – the dish included both marinara and Alfredo sauces which was a nice variety. Coating on chicken was pretty good and crispy. My table also ordered the chicken piccatta which was very underwhelming. It missed the mark…the sauce wasnt lemony and there was no lemon wedge served alongside. The chicken wasnt pounded thin in the traditional manner, and it included bones. They put so many capers on this plate they it could have been considered a side dish. The potatoes were what really left me scratching my head though…dare I say they seemed like instant potatoes, made with water. It was the weirdest thing. Extremely disappointing. The food all weirdly seemed to kind of lack flavor. I asked for salt and pepper but it didnt really make a difference in the taste. Service was slow but friendly. Not a bad meal to eat when nothing else is open, but not a place I’d go out of my way to dine at again. Just kinda mediocre food

Good Italian food for a place that is open really late every night of the week in an area where it is hard to find many food options past 10:00 pm. The vibe could get a little pretentious. The service at the bar could be friendlier and better. The Italian food is solid. The EVO meatball appetizer could pass as a meal in itself. The presentation is aesthetically pleasing with three ample sized meatballs. The meatballs are above average but could use a little more flavor and fennel. The best dish I had is the pomodoro with marinara. I would not mind eating that dish several times a week. The pasta is served piping hot with a nice flavorful red sauce that comes with adequate sauce. This is a simple but high quality, authentic Italian dish. The portion size of the pasta is a little small.
