What a delightful surprise to find this place among the boring delis near the courthouse. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I must eat gluten free and there were many choices. The food is already prepared and organized in an open fridge. I selected a salmon dish which they heated up. As I was eating I noticed the sign that said the meals were chef prepared. My compliments to the chef. My salmon was moist and the whole dish was flavorful, interesting and well seasoned. I also had the gluten free chocolate muffin. Wow. I hope they have it when I go back, so yummy!

I buy from this place every so often, about once every two months. Earlier today, I bought the Goat Cheese and Pesto Pasta and a brownie. The pasta was just amazing; unfortunately, the brownie was defective. The brownie, like all brownies, looked very appetizing. Thankfully, I was able to return the brownie with no issues, the defect was clear, I should have seen more carefully before buying it.
Now THAT is what I call amazing customer service! You better believe I will pass by more often for the great food!
I will assume, given the defect, that the brownie has absolutely no preservatives, which is just amazing! Hopefully this issue can be rectified, I would like to try out those brownies!
The purpose of this review was to focus on the great variety of prepared meals available and the costumer service should any issue arise. Keep up the great job! 🙂

Good morning, I am a professional in the area of graphic design and I work for the MTA of New York City, I must express the unpleasant experience in this restaurant located in City Hall, right in front of building 26 of Federal Plaza. The person who was in charge of the service as a cashier today 11/22/23 9:58 am, should not work as customer service, he is a “Rude” person, he treated me and my companion very badly. You as a company must know how to choose your employees for this type of work. My guest and I went to consume their products, to invest our money in purchasing their meals, we did not go to order or have their products given to us. If that employee is tired or fed up with that job, then let him quit. We will never buy anything from that food establishment again and we will not recommend it either. Very bad customer service from that employee

This place is amazing! If i knew it existed earlier, i wouldn’t be buying $20 salads from sweetgreen and pret. This os right next to my office and the meal options are so delicious and convenient. I love how transparent they are with ingredients and calories too.

New place near the court houses. Clean place to sit down and enjoy food and coffee. The meat portions are on the small side, but the food is very flavorful. Pretty decent prepackaged food for under $10. No bathroom access though.

I was so not happy with this place
The food was not fresh broccoli was old . My plate was small very little rice and even tho my plate said mushrooms should be in it but I didn’t see one . Sadly the girl was on the phone and didn’t even bother to give me bag or fork . This was not the first time that actually happened but for sure I’m done with this place .
