I normally order subs on occasion which I typically enjoy but I order without the meat. Well tonight I decided to place an order for delivery for pizza and wings and a buffalo chicken wrap. Well order was placed I was informed the price and timeframe. A few minutes later I received a phone call which I missed. Well a woman left me a voicemail saying she only had one driver today and they don’t deliver to my address (which they have in the past) tells me to call back. WELL she never hung up and proceeded to leave a voicemail where she’s speaking with the woman who took my order about how they don’t deliver that far and how people need to answer their phones and doesn’t understand why people can’t just pick up their orders. No one knows what someone has going on you have no idea what I was doing when I missed your call and also no idea on why I requested delivery. If you don’t wish for people to use it you probably should have it. I pick up the food which I would have canceled if it wasn’t the only place open to order from. Pizza was awful. And the chicken in the wrap was pink and rubbery. Food was tossed out because it was awful. I would rather eat gas station pizza. I was shocked with how inexpensive it was but the service and the food explains it all.

So me and my wife order two tuna melts from here along with two 1 1/2 pounds of mild and barbecue wings for dinner for the family .
Upon opening the sandwich I took a bite and was about to offer my 2 year old daughter a bite from my sandwich and then noticed a very distinct rotten taste and automatically vomited !!!! Yes you read that correctly, vomited !!!
So my wife called them to see if the meal would be refunded and the girl who was working there said she’s going to call her boss and see if the refund is possible …. Long story short we were only refunded for the sandwiches but not the wings .
Which is very unprofessional as a business because not only we had to make some thing else to eat along with our wings , but by the time our replacement meal was done the wings were cold . Dinner was ruined ! Be very careful ordering from this store . If digested I could’ve gotten scombroid poisoning and could’ve been fatal ! I’ve never been to a place that serves food and if something is wrong with something on the plate they only refunded the item that had something wrong with it
Usually they refund the whole meal . I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here guys if you don’t want food poisoning. So unprofessional as a business !

My family was hungry and every other place was closed on our way through. Thankfully they have late hours. It wasn’t fantastic but it was good food and it was hot so it made for a decent meal. Between the 4 of us we rated the pizza at 7/10. If we go back that way on another trip we would likely stop there again.

Cold subs are good. Fresh ingredients(noone likes a mushty tomato or old lettuce).

3.5 for me. This is one of those places you need to know what to order. The subs and oven melts are excellent. They operate a fryer very well too if you want wings or ravilois. I just avoid there pizza, its not great, other than that its good.
Edit: I dont live in the area anymore and was in town. Called to place a pickup order, I simply asked if they still had the medium pizza and wing special. The woman on the phone was so rude I hung up. She shouted ‘I got medium pizzas, I got wings, what do you want!. I guess things have gone downhill here

This place has some great food!! I have been ordering food here since it was called, SubWay..a VERY long time ago! They were made to change their name when the actual subway chain came to Rome. The name changed, food stayed the same delicious way! Their wings are SO DELICIOUS!! Juicy inside, crispy and brown on the outside! SO good!! I love their chicken finger sub!! The steak sub is very good too. I have ordered it two ways. The original way with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms..your choice of cheese. OR, you can get it with lettuce, onions, cheese, and tomatoes. Both are the absolute best!! The chicken tenders are SO good too! I have always gotten my orders delivered hot! In ALL these YEARS! I have not a single complaint. The manager/owner is a super sweet lady. The workers have always been so nice to me. And, the delivery drivers are ALWAYS on time and very nice too!
Don’t forget to get yourself some fried dough. It’s crispy edge and the soft, tender inside with the sweet confectionery sugar, is the perfect ending to your meal.
I LOVE this company! They’re a super sweet icon to our city of Rome NY. I’m proud and happy to have have them here.
