The food is good and average. However, the service were super friendly!

Food is below average. For the amount of time you wait, possibly you can cook better food at home. The place smells funky and they have little patience to explain the ingredients of food items

The only thing that works in favor for Evergreen is that they are the only INDIAN RESTAURANT in Corvallis and there are not much options for people if they want to have Indian food. The food is average and for a change of taste we have been there a couple of times (like I said the only choice in Corvallis).

It’s my third time here, but the prices for some items are still very high.

The uber driver didn’t grab all the items, which ruined my meal, but the owner went above and beyond to make sure I still got the food. Above excellent service, and the food was worth the wait. It’s hard finding such true traditional food with amazing taste. Hope to come here again!

Evergreen has been excellent for the last 24 years! Went for dinner last night and it’s only gotten better. All the lamb dishes are incredible, the tandoori platter could feed a couple college kids, and the raita and Nan are unparalleled. I had lamb Biryani and it was incredible. If you don’t try Evergreen, you’re missing out!

The food is alright.. Definitely not good Indian flavors.. Butter chicken or Chicken Tikka Masala is too watery gravy. Chole or Chickpea curry was very tangy due undercooked tomatoes..

It took us a long time to try this place because I was very disappointed by the other Indian restaurant in town and thought this might be similar. How wrong was I. This place is good. The gobi manchurian was excellent. The pepper pakora was the only disappointment, very doughy and hardly any pepper in it. The eggplant masala was good, with whole chunks of eggplant. Paneer butter masala was the perfect comfort food. Aloo gobi was well done. Their mango chutney was better than usual, with nice chunks of mango and a nice tartness to it, and not overly sweet. I would definitely eat here again.

Worst Indian food I’ve ever had. I literally got food poisoning from their curry. I would never recommend this place, and I will definitely never eat here again. There are better Indian restaurants in the area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Amateur! Ambiance is awful. Biryani is not real biryani. BBQ is tasteless. There are only two indian restaurants in town (Evergreen and Nirvana) and it seems like they are competing with each other to be the worst. Anyone who likes these two Indian restaurants (which is mostly miserable Americans who need a break from their bland American food) has never had real Indian/South Asian food.
