I’m currently pregnant and have been so craving sushi lately, so when I tried Everest Sushi Bar & Grill, I was nervous but hopeful — and they absolutely delivered.
From the moment my husband walked in, the atmosphere was warm and casual. The chefs prepared my roll right in front of him.
I ordered a California Roll, and it was exceptional. The rice was seasoned just right, the crab (or imitation crab) and avocado were fresh, and the seaweed had the perfect snap. It hit the spot in a way I desperately needed these days.
The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting.
Overall, if you’re looking for a sushi spot with fresh flavors, a visible sushi bar experience, and staff who make you feel welcome — especially when you’re in pregnancy-food-craving mode — I highly recommend checking out Everest Sushi. I’ll absolutely be back.

The sushi was excellent. Service was terrible. We waited forever. They kept churning out takeout while we sat and waited. One family came in, got a menu, then no one ever got them drinks or took their order, so the family just left. We were left sitting there without attention for quite a while.
Perhaps the sushi chef should train one of the employees to help with the food.

This place is small, quaint and friendly. We visited based on reviews. The service was great, Bobby and the staff were friendly and inviting. The sushi was good, not great but good. We tried a variety of rolls, the Philly roll being my favorite..l The place is very clean, nice, and cool.

Their sauces for Maki rolls are a bit different. They are very good. Also, they have a Habanero Masago that they put on some rolls. It’s awesome. We tried the Rose ring roll, Strawberry roll, Aatu roll, and Mount everest roll. All were good. My favorite were the rose and strawberry rolls because of the fruit flavors in the rolls. I would recommend this place.

Very nice people and the restaurant was nice and clean. I didn’t enjoy any of my food, however. The flavor was lacking for me. They have the cutest little setup and everything. I’d said try them for yourself, especially since everyone else seems to enjoy them. It just isn’t for me.

Excellent sushi! Took my mom and wasn’t expecting a “hole in the wall” kind of place…but it does not disappoint. BYOB. I’d recommend the strawberry roll and yakisoba noodles. Best in town! Friendly staff and peaceful environment.

Moment I walked in just WOW! The owner answered any question I had as he makes your order in front of you with precision and experience, got home and took a bit and just about hit the ceiling with how amazing it all was. Safe to day this is now my go to sushi spot HANDS DOWN!
