I wish they were more consistent. I ordered every week, sometimes twice a week. I have noticed each week the product is less and less. It started with the peanut butter. Today’s order was shocking. My large had the least it’s ever had in it- almost like they’re out of or running short on items? To pay $20 and not have it filled up is disappointing.

Love going here with my child frequently! The options are very tasty, fresh, and what I love most is some things are dairy and gluten free!!! (I don’t know about the entire emu because I am very biased on the flavors that I personally get, and I avoid dairy and gluten as much as I can! They load the bowls up, the owner is super super nice, and the employees always have a cheerful attitude! Highly recommended. When I get married, I’m definitely going to request them to come by- this place is definitely my guilty pleasure! I can eat as much as I want, I maintain a healthy weight, it’s delicious and not fatty compared to icecream…. And they have that perfect icecream texture! The fresh fruit is also a wonderful alternative! Give full moon or nutty butty a try, those are our favorites!!!

Smoothie takes 30 minutes to be made in an empty story with no one asking if we’re waiting on something.
Asked for a refund and was told it’s impossible keep waiting, that’s when I walked out with no smoothie in hand and went on with my day

I cut my toe on their metal ramp on way into this establishment. When I came inside I politely asked if I could have a bandaid for my cut. That is when a girl sitting on her phone sitting down looked up and rudely said “we don’t have bandaids” and then said “that’s your order right there” and then got right back on her phone. 0/10 for customer service.

I came in this morning for probably the fifth time and was so lucky to be able to meet the owner, Mike, while I was here! He was so kind, he told me some of his favorite combos, and definitely made me even more inclined to make this my regular açaí stop!
The bowls are great, price is pretty on par with most other açaí places and they have even more options than most so I’m completely satisfied with the cost. I usually go to get pints of the açaí base, as it is cheaper to get the base by the pint and build your own bowls at home, but that’s only if you’re a major açaí fanatic like myself. Otherwise, just got in and try one of the signatures or make your own whatever bowl! It’s a really great spot and I am excited to see this place continue to grow as it gets even more popular!

The store is nice and new, and actually pretty big inside with tables and chairs. It’s on Kirkwood, so also a nice location. Unfortunately the service was not welcoming when we walked in, we were just stared at by the 3 employees standing there talking until we said nicely that we had a pickup order. Then we were stared at some more until we said the name, and then just given the bag. The açaí base used in the bowls are way too sugary and taste just like laffy taffy candy. Absolutely horrible, so much so we both could only eat about half of the bowl before we had to unfortunately throw it away. Yet very pricey to just throw away. The base itself isn’t this shops fault as it’s likely sold that way. The STORE DID HAVE extremely FRESH fruit and good toppings like peanut butter, honey, and granola. I’m sure the service can improve as the store gets more popular, but not sure the product can/will. The chain has had issues with changing ingredients/quality.
