Evas Taqueria is a Mexican food truck right off barger and echo hollow, this place has one heck of a chorizo taco… oh and their horchata is super tasty too. They have lots of parking availability and their customer service was really good. Menu has a lot of good options. This is a great place to stop for lunch during school, before going grocery shopping or just anytime In general! Only down side is they use Styrofoam to go containers for some items. Other than that they are great!

I tried this food truck a long time ago, but I did not think it was good .
I decided to walk to this food trucks location on my lunch to get food from another food truck but they were closed. My husband told me I should get the orange food truck another try so I did. I was glad I did.
I must say that the taco was great and two tacos were enough to keep me full until dinner time.
Customer service were excellent. I would definitely go back.
