This bakery is a gem nestled in downtown SLC. Parking can certainly be a challenge (street parking around the corner to the north, a parking garage to the south and a parking lot about a block to the south).
The bakery is most certainly worth it. I’d recommend going in early as they do get very busy.
Service was very friendly, the interior is fantasticily cozy as it reminds me of a European Cafe.
Coffee is fantastic, the croissants are wonderfully buttery, soft and flaky.
Recommended.

We caught a glimpse of the facade from our Hotel Monaco window and decided to come try it. Cute little french bakery with all the favs, we opted for Chai Tea, blueberry pastry, sticky bun, and almond croissant with chocolate.
They do the sticky bun correct, it had pecans on top, nice sticky goo without being messy, cooked to perfection.
The chai tea was perfect as were the blueberry pastry and croissant.
Overall we’re glad we found this place and we’ll have to come back to try more of their entries.

Sit down or to go bakery in the center of downtown SLC. Eva’s is a wonderful French bakery that offers selections of a hearty meal or a quick bite of a pastry.
We opted for the sit down to get the full experience of Eva’s, and we went with a simple order of potatoes, French onion soup and the cookie butter latte.
Potatoes were herbal and cooked to a soft texture. We were kind of expecting a hash, but I think this is style of this cuisine. Nonetheless, they were still yummy.
French onion soup was delicious pairing with slices of bread. The controversy of bay leaf was found in our soup, and I am on the side that you can taste bay leaf (which I love).
Cookie butter latte was amazing. It was not too sweet and overpowering but had its punch in flavor that makes it memorable. Would recommend ordering this drink.
I wish we saw the seasonal menu, because the citrus latte sounded pretty good.
For the items we ordered, the total price was about $20. Fair for a great spot in a busy area.

This place has the cutest little Parisian café vibe! We stopped in for breakfast before an event, and I immediately added it to my list of go-to spots. It was a busy morning, but they got us seated quickly.
I’m not usually an eggs Benedict girl, but the Boulange Benedict is absolute perfection!! …and that sauce?! Consider me officially converted. The portions are generous, so definitely grab a cookie butter latte (trust me!) and a croissant to go.
The staff couldn’t be sweeter or more attentive, and the cozy blue-and-gold café aesthetic will make you want to linger all morning. ☕️✨

It was very crowded around 11:00 on a Sunday. Since I was alone, I was shown to a small space early.
The eggs Benedict were very delicious, and the takeaway croissants and blueberry Danish were also excellent.
The staff were very attentive and it was a great place.

Great bakery with casual seating for a nice breakfast, brunch or lunch in downtown Salt Lake City. The pastries looked delicious, and we were quite pleased with the Kouign Amann. The vegetable quiche was nicely done, delicious and satisfying. Busy place on weekend, yet no trouble getting a table and being served.

What a great find! My daughter point out this cafe for lunch after a ballet performance at Capital Theater. The food was so good. They offered a good variety of breakfast and lunch options along with fresh bakery treats. The coffee was spot on and they even have vegan bakery options. And I could tell the food was fresh. I’ll have a hard time trying new things the next time since the grilled cheese w/tomato bisque and stuffed French toast were delicious. The service was so friendly and on top of everything. The environment has a European feel, it’s a nice touch to stand out in SLC. We’re happy to have found it and will be repeat visitors.

I stopped by at 8:30am on a Sunday for takeaway. There were a few tables available and only 2 groups waiting in queue. As you enter, you are greeted with a display shelf filled with laminated dough goodness and i had a difficult time choosing what to get. I ordered the Strawberry croissant and Chocolate almond croissant. 100% I recommend both and I will definitely come back to try the rest.

Good place. Tomato soup is nice. I wouldn’t add tomato to onion soup… also they forget for 1 dish for one of us. But overall is ok

Cute little cafe with good vibe and foods. I went there with my friend and her kid for brunch and ordered a few things and we all enjoyed the food. The portion is good and the price is reasonable. Our egg benedict was tasty and the stuffed french toast was also good. Now, what I didn’t really like about the place is how tiny it is. With 2 adults and a baby, we were seated at a tulip table. We almost couldn’t put everything on the table. I think the restaurant should sacrifice some tables to put a bigger table. Most of the seat I see is probably suitable for one customer with only a few tables that can comfortably seat more. If you go there by yourself, this is great or if you go on a date, it is borderline ok. If you want to go with family or friends more than two people, I will think twice unless you are ok to wait for the only few bigger tables they have. Our server was ok, while being polite, I don’t think he did a great job. When we asked if we can be reseated in the bigger table, he just disappeared on us. I understand if other customers are waiting or something but at least he should let us know the reason and not just like “I’ll ask my manager” then gone till the food-serving time and made a comment like “it’s pretty tight here”…duh? That’s why we asked for another table. He also came and asked us to pay while the baby was still eating and I totally get it. Although, he grabbed a plate that there was still food in there (not a lot) without asking (technically he asked if he could removed my empty plate and I said yes, but that doesn’t apply to another plate with food in it). So, in summary, I like the food and the vibe. The space and service were ok and can be improved. Like I said earlier, come try for yourself or with one more company.
