The issue is the wait long time . It took them an hour to make our drinks . We was just sitting there looking around waiting to see when we are going to get our drinks . It shouldn’t take forever to receive our drinks , that’s ridiculous. That’s losing money cause we could’ve been on our 3rd drink .

The food wait time was very long I mean very long we arrived at 8pm and we didn’t get our food till nearly 10pm . I was over it and ready to go at this point or order Uber eats . The waitress was very apologetic regarding the wait long time but still it shouldn’t take two hours for food and one hour for drinks when the place was nearly empty . So many workers in the kitchen and no food is coming out . They had food sitting on the window getting cold . We observed them putting the food in the microwave to be heated up . You can tell the food was reheated . My friends were not please at all . My shrimps were cold and my steak was cold and nasty . At this point i didn’t even want to take the food back because I’m already hungry and agitated. I didn’t even get to finish my food . Even though i did pack my food up in a to go box , i left it right where it belong on the table so it can be place in the trash ️. The salmon was really good , shrimp had a great taste even though it was cold but the steak was not it at all .

Very beautiful place !!!! Very clean !!!! The seating inside was good . The place has state of the art music equipment and tv”s. The host and servers are very nice and kind . None the less , the music was really good , new sound system . The drinks were good but took forever. They definitely need to work on food wait time and drink wait time . Imagine if the place was full of people . Probably would’ve got my food the next day . They would do good as long they fix food quality and drinks wait time. Like One of my friend food came out cold and they took it back and reheated it in the microwave which dried out his lobster . My friend steak was cold which he was beyond over it .

They need chef Gordon to come in there and fix the kitchen and bar situation . Place looks too good for them to be messing up on the food and drinks like this .

DO NOT be fooled by the pictures of their prepared food OR the fake, generic reviews posted here after i attended on June 2nd 2023 (notice there are only 5 star and 1 star reviews? Yes, the 5 stars are fake).
So here goes:
My party of 4 arrived at 8pm and didn’t get our drinks until 8:30pm and our food until 9:17pm. A larger party of 15 patrons were seated well before we arrived and they received their food much, much later than we did (around 9:40pm to 10pm). No way should it take so long to get drinks and food when there are only 2 parties in the entire restaurant (see picture). Once we did receive our food, it was subpar and borderline not edible. I had to return my surf and turf because the churasco steak was cold and the lobster was chewy as if it had been microwaved. Moreover, I love English as a second language but unfortunately the waitresses struggled with their English during the ordering process. Lastly, we were asked for our IDs in order for our credit cards to be run as if to prevent us from committing fraud (how degrading) and that process itself took another 10 minutes. All in all, we came to this spot because online reviewers had given this place 5 stars and the instagram videos looked mightily appealing. This space could do so well with the amount of money invested on the decor and setup, but the service was lackluster and our overall experience left us empty.

Beware of the deceptive 5-star reviews that cannot be trusted. It is no coincidence that these positive reviews emerged right after a series of negative ones on the same day and some of the positive reviews referenced the exact food we ordered. Also, there was a limited number of patrons, we spent an extensive amount of time at the restaurant during the peak dinner hours.

We visited this establishment to celebrate a birthday with a group of fifteen people. The restaurant boasts an impressive decor, but unfortunately, the food and service were severely lacking. It took an excruciatingly long time for our drinks to arrive, well over an hour. And when it came to our meals, we had to endure an agonizing wait of almost 3 hours. To our dismay, the food we finally received was simply inedible. From our vantage point through the kitchen window, we observed the kitchen staff resorting to microwaving most of the food, including the steak.

At this point, our party host expressed our frustration to the waiter, stating that we were tired of waiting and intended to pay only for our drinks and leave. The waiter was apologetic and assured us that the remaining food was about to be served, offering to comp our entire meal. Convinced by this gesture, our host decided to stay. However, it took an additional 30 minutes before the food was served. Our reservation was at 7:30, and I did not receive my last meal, the Lobster Thermidor, until 10:17.

Visually, the Lobster Thermidor appeared appetizing, but the taste was dreadful. The lobster had an overwhelmingly fishy flavor, clearly indicating that it was far from fresh. Other members of our group were also dissatisfied with their meals. The shrimp and steak were both overcooked, with the steak being so tough that it could have been used as a hockey puck. Frustrated and disappointed, we left all the uneaten food on the table. See photos!

I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment. The fabricated positive reviews are misleading, and our personal experience was one of poor service, excessively long wait times, and subpar, unappetizing food.

We’ve been there a few times and it’s been excellent. The flavor & freshness of food is 1st class. The service is always prompt, efficient & friendly. The music keeps one happy & they even take requests! The atmosphere is light & upbeat. A great addition to the area and Atlanta overall!

Great on the eyes . This place is phenomenal. From the service to the food . You have to try the seafood filled red snapper . They make drinks that look like something out of a movie . The best part is that the prices are more then fair . I would definitely recommend this to everyone. On Sunday the even do brunch and it’s more of a family friendly atmosphere so bring the kids .

As Greg stated in another review, the food took a very long time. We were the party of 15 he’s referring too. We had reservations for 730 and didn’t get our food until closer to 10pm. It took them 90 mins to bring me a margarita. We had a direct view of the kitchen and we were nervous because we actually saw them putting our steaks in a microwave the server who appeared not to speak good English understood when we asked if they were microwaving our food and she gave us a smirk and laughed because she couldn’t deny it. Honestly we laughed because after 2 hours we didn’t have high hopes. the salmon was 10/10 according to others in the party but everything else was awful. They literally comped all of our food. They knew it wasn’t right. Drink presentation was good. Ambiance is cool. Music ok.

Yo AMO a Ethika! I love Ethika!!! The food is not only absolutely delicious, but also extremely creative! The Platano Pizza was bomb and the camarones ajillo con el pure de yautia, YUMM!!! The music is always bumping, the ambience is great, and the waiters are on top of it. I saw some reviews saying that the wait time was long, but that was not my experience. Everything came out in a timely manner. The drinks are so fun! I got a watermelon margarita that came out smoking in a little treasure chest! Ethika is giving me New York Dominican bar vibes. I highly recommend for a birthday party!

Yesterday I called thinking I’d just be able to leave a message and someone answered the phone saying “hello” and silence I thought I called someone’s personal number because I didn’t get a proper greeting to find out shortly after being disrespected when I asked if I was calling the right place and to speak with the owner that the woman who answered was the Manger named Maria Rodriguez. Their business hours are Wednesday-Sunday so why answer the phone on a Monday? She kept giving me the run-around because she didn’t want to answer my questions, kept calling my phone, she hung up on me, and after exchanging words she told me not to come to HER place and take my business and money somewhere else because “if there is a manager you don’t need to speak to the owner or know who they are”. I’ve never been to the place before and I for sure will not if their management is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional like her, and I still have yet to receive a call from the owner.
