Outstanding gluten free pizza! The crust is thin, can be picked up and eaten, and delicious. It was filling but did not leave me feeling bloated. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs and raved about the sauce (roasted tomatoes!). He started with the Italian chips which is similar to a deconstructed bruschetta and he loved it as well. Funky atmosphere, clean, friendly staff and fair prices. Loved it!

Wonderful food! Love the seating in it. Lots of bar area seats, high top tables, and a some regular dining tables too. Food was delicious. The staff was very congenial and helpful. Our first visit there. We will be returning customers.

I came to this restaurant a few years back and the pizza was, flavorful, but a bit expensive for the size. Now that they are under new management the pizza is just as good, if not better, and you get more for your buck!
The new owner is very personable, with great ideas (guess the wine challenge) and ultimately wants to be way better than before. All in all, a new beginning to an already great restaurant!

My friend highly recommended Etalia, she eats often during lunch. We were sat promptly and offered water and menus. As we discussed wine, our server was very familiar with the selection and offered a sample.
Our Carnivore pizza was out of this world! Cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of ingredients to satisfy our taste buds, we certainly didn’t finish and I was anticipating my midnight snack!

BEST area thin crust Gluten Free pizza! Tried them all and Etalia’s is the best. Love the Etalia, Carnivore, and Veggie pizzas! Lovely wine list although a bit pricey. Great casual dining and service. Farm to table salads and sides awesome. Room with the bar is quieter for a more intimate evening.

I love the Pinehurst/ Southern Pines area and this restaurant fits in perfectly. The meatballs in bolognese were great and I’m very picky when it comes to sauce. The pizza was crispy and cheesy and everyone was so friendly. The wine was good the dessert was good. I will definitely be back.

Amazing food, very original takes on dishes and the staff is so friendly. Seriously, the food is incredible and no matter what you choose you will be very pleased! The manager makes sure to greet his customers and he takes the time to get to know you. Some primadonnas may have personal tiffs about this place, based on some emotional reviews left here, but whatever, the food is delicious!

If you like really thin crust pizza, you’ll love it here. This style is our favorite so we were easy to please. Had the E’talia and the mushroom pizza. Fantastic. Loved it so much we ordered a third. Also had the Arugula salad with pear slices. Again, fantastic. Can’t wait until we return.

The new owner, food, and service are amazing. It used to be hit & miss on occasion, but this is definitely the place to be now downtown SP!
Love the service here – it’s always been top notch. The food is also delicious, you can never go wrong with one of their pizzas or their chip appetizer!

I really love the place! A great place to go with friends. Very friendly wait staff. Join their email list and get news on wine tastings, dinners and other events. Kitchen uses really quality ingredients on their pizzas. My husband and I love the Carnivoro and the Margherita pizzas. Pizzas are thin crust and baked in an open oven. They also have appetizers, entrees and dessert.
