Ordered the mollejas and the picaña both were great although the mollejas could have used a pinch of salt. The place is very well setup with inside seating with AC

We popped in while walking by because the place looked so inviting — cool vibe, lots of lights, and a really nice atmosphere. I ordered a mezcal margarita with a touch of pineapple, and my husband had a jamaica mezcal drink. Both were good, though we wished they were a bit stronger since you couldn’t really taste the alcohol much.

The tableside Caesar salad was amazing — totally worth ordering. My husband ordered a ribeye but was served a New York instead. He asked for it medium rare, but it came out medium to well done — a little tough, not juicy, and lacking flavor.

The elote (corn) and sweet potato purée were both fantastic, though! Overall, great atmosphere and sides, but the steak was a letdown.

Found this place by luck! Definitely recommend this spot. We came here for my partner’s birthday. Gerardo made our dinner very memorable. He answered all of questions and even brought out all the cuts of meat that we had questions about. We ended up deciding on a special cut that wasnt on the menu (Uraguay Ribeye). On top of that, the coffee flan dessert that Gerardo brought out was delicious. For more food posts follow on tiktok @donnalump

We had walked past this restaurant several times and the smell of grilled meat was always so inviting that we finally decided to stop in for dinner, craving a good burger. The atmosphere was great — welcoming space, good music, and truly excellent service. Big kudos to our waiter who made us feel very comfortable throughout the evening.

Unfortunately, the charcoal burgers were a disappointment. Nobody asked how we would like the patties cooked, and they arrived extremely dry and difficult to chew. I’m usually not someone who complains about food, but this was hard to enjoy. The queso fundido was made with mozzarella, which isn’t typical in Mexico, though it was clearly mentioned on the menu so that was fair.

Since the restaurant specializes in meat, we expected the burgers to be just as strong as their steaks might be. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience, especially considering our bill was around 350 CAD, which is about average for La Paz. Overall, wonderful service and atmosphere, but the burgers did not meet our expectations.

The highlight of our visit was definitely the service — it was excellent and truly appreciated. The staff was attentive and made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately, we were really craving burgers and had high expectations for a juicy, flavorful patty. Sadly, the meat was quite dry and heavily seasoned with pepper, which made it difficult for us to finish our meal.

We would be open to coming back to try the steak, as we believe it may be a better option. However, based on our experience, we wouldn’t personally recommend the burger.

I definitely enjoyed the cocktails we had but some could have been a bit more spirit forward. But the grapefruit was so fresh it made a huge difference. The bartender also seemed super into his craft, which I love! The pizza was decent but took so long that we drank two cocktails before it came (I am a slow drinker), I think it was like 45 min. But overall decent experience and I would go back

The best rib eye I’ve had in my life. The waiter brought it to the table before cooking for our approval. Such realistic, and genuine atmosphere. Wonderful staff, great food at a very reasonable price.

Was looking forward to celebrating my birthday here. Disappointed that they didn’t have ribeyes, porterhouse and skirt steak.
We ordered short ribs and some other steak on the menu which was chewy.
Steaks were not cooked as orders. We ordered medium and was given rare steaks. Sent my steak back to be cooked and still was not cooked. Salad was slimy.
The servers were polite. Food disappointing.
