Espresso Paeonia is a small cafe in a small bookstore in a small town on Colorado’s western slope. We serve espresso drinks, tea, chai, matcha, sparkling botanicals from Rishi and alcoholic cider from Clear Fork Cider. We also serve fabulous pastries and savories from Mountain Oven and Coquelicot Pastries, both Paonia based.
