I had a great first experience here, today was my second time going in and it was disappointing. While the food was good, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order of tacos. For their prices in atmosphere you might as well go to a restaurant and probably get better service. Waited 20 min for rice and they still messed it up. Good luck ordering they only speak Spanish, the worst part is, I speak Spanish. What annoyed me wasnt paying $17 for a bowl of rice that I ate 1/5. But that I didn’t get a simple ” sorry” for screwing up your dinner/order.

Terrible customer service. Be honest and more realistic of “wait time” on take out orders. You can’t have people drive to pick up an order at the time they were told and still have them wait there another 30-60 mins more while others are being attended. Waste of time.

I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be an hour wait. After waiting for over 1 and a half decided to drive there to pick it up and upon arrival I was told that it would still be 10 more minutes to which turned out to be another hour. I suggest that if you don’t have the capacity to take multiple orders and have them ready at a timely manner to not take them in the first place.

Food is delicious, we had a sinaloco and a Phoenix loco. Food comes out hot and freshly made. Service was great, we came on thanksgiving and it was nice and fresh out. Highly recommend sushi rolls from here!
