I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I stopped in today for lunch and the employee looked more annoyed than helpful while I was ordering, like I was wasting her time just deciding. My hot sandwich and soup were ready in a minute and sure enough, the sandwich was cold and tasted really terrible. I usually love giving local spots a chance, but this one really needs to step up both the service and the food quality.

I walked in and saw one customer at a table and no staff. After waiting a few minutes, I left for my car. The one customer let me know someone was behind the counter as he left the building about 2 minutes later. I walked back into the restaurant – no staff in sight, which was bizarre. I called out “hello” several times with no response. I stepped nearer a cash register and saw an employee in the staff-only room. “Hello? Is there anybody working here?” No response, the employee continued eating something without looking up. This was very disappointing!
Management, on the slight chance this person genuinely didn’t hear me, consider having a bell or something at the counter if staff typically are out of sight and hearing range.

There is nothing to these sandwiches except bread. I’ve never ordered a sandwich with so little meat/toppings actually in it. $15 for bread, chips, and a drink.

Terrible place. $10 for a sandwhich half the size of subway? Then after I ordered, I realized I wanted to add pickles to my sandwiche. PICKLES. The employee immediately said “I’ll have to charge you for that”. Add on for pickles?!? Absolutely rediculous.

Went there around 11:30 on a Saturday, they were supposed to have been open at 10:30. No one u locked the doors until I was standing outside trying to get in. I felt like they were upset that they had a customer? I don’t know. Also not impressed with my soup and sandwich.

Just stopped in more than 1/2 hour before close for a quick lunch. I stood alone in the store for a few minutes before it seemed like no one was working. I walked around until it seemed hopeless and then I left. It appeared as though they had closed early and failed to lock the door well.

I was visiting Fargo over Mother’s Day weekend. My son and I were going to eat lunch at this location (Broadway) on Saturday, May 11, 2024. We walked in and were the only customers there. There was an employee behind the counter. He looked unkept and very unprofessional. I’d never been there before and had a few questions. The employee came over and I asked if there were different size options for the sandwiches. He seemed perturbed by my question and mumbled “I’ll give you time to look at the menu” and then he walked into the back. My son and I decided on what we wanted and after 3 or 4 minutes the guy came out of the back and approached us. I told my son to order whatever he wanted and I’d order after. The guy mumbled something under his breath that neither of us could make out as he walked to the back again without taking our order! We stood there for another 3 or 4 minutes. I told my son this was unacceptable customer service and we should find somewhere else to eat. We ended up eating at another restaurant on Broadway that day. I was looking forward to eating at Erbert & Gerberts since my son (Fargo resident) had told me that their food was really good. Maybe next time I visit there will be someone else working who has some customer service skills and wants to wait on customers.

Food took 45 mins to come to me ! Was left at my door with no notification or doorbell and I live less then a mile from downtown my bread was hard (didn’t ask for day old bread sandwich) asked for jalapeño chip and received the wrong chips I asked for no oil and vinegar on my sandwich …. What kind of chips do you think I received…..sea salt and vinegar?!!!!

Failed to deliver all of ordered items, was promised it would be fixed, waited an hour, called back and was told that they wouldn’t not fix the issue nor issue a refund.
