The service was terrible. The only employee there was outside smoking and couldn’t make sandwiches because he said the bread wasn’t ready. The place was super sketchy and extremely dirty with a room off the entryway that looked like someone had ransacked it.

Haven’t been to an Erb’s & Gerb’s in a minute. Ordered online picked up & the bread on my sandwich was hard as a rock! Seriously disappointing taste overall. Lackluster. Barely any flavor to my once favorite sub. Did they change suppliers? How can it taste like this?! I feel let down…guess they don’t meet my standards anymore. Stopped at the Oshkosh location today while my son and I were in town and NEVER again will I return nor order from here. Customer service was great but I payed 10.00 for the bread to be torn so as I’m eating the toppings are falling out and at the end right where the lady was cutting my sandwich in half there was veggies and whatever else ALL OVER. In between making sandwiches why not scrap the extra veggies into the trash?????? At that very moment when I saw that “mess” I was debating if I wanted a refund before I even get my sandwich and spend my money at Jimmy John’s where it is so much more worth my money. Needless to say I took the sub and as I have said I will NEVER return.

Major disapointment. Drove almost 20 miles to this location bc the one by my hotel closed at 9, this location was 10. Was very dark and dirty. Got there at 920 pm and most lights were off. Guy behind the counter was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvience to make my subs. I grew up with e and gs when i lived in Eau Claire and was never disapointed. I hope this is not an indication of what its like now..

Well my friend and I ordered from here for the first time tonight. Our food took over an hour to get delivered. I paid for bacon and got 1 little scrawny bacon on my sub. Her mac n cheese was cold and gross. But the broccoli and cheese soup was good, I guess. I don’t think I will ever order from here again. Not worth the money or wait.
