This is a first for everything……I recently purchased a combo from Lake Hallie Erbert and Gerberts. On my choices of drink was bottled water so I chose Disanti only to receive a glass of tap water. Talk about bait and switch. Was a loyal customer and never again. They tell me they can’t fix this problem since they don’t deliver but they sure can get someone to bring it to get my money. Enjoy that tap water!

I get the wrong sandwich or soda half the time. There is nothing worse than driving away and realizing you got a sandwich you didn’t want. If you want to have dumb sandwich names than have numbers associated with them. The sandwiches are now 80% bread.

Love the food! except everytime we come after dark the drive thru is always closed but not really. They never turn there light on the menu and often do not acknowledge that you are waiting. But drive up to the window and the employees are just standing around and act surprised when they see you.

I used to be a big fan of E&G but after tonight i doubt ill go back. We order 2 sandwiches that are supposed to have more meat than a typical sandwich and when we got home…..both had less than a typical sandwich. Talk. About a LITTLE bit of meat with the bread. When i called to complain i was told the poetion sizes have changed and there should be more bread than inside…so not worth the cost

I visited the drive thru at the Holiday location on Commercial Blvd in Eau Claire WI at 1:08pm 1/3/2023. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Ebert and Gerberts. The Mac and Cheese was burnt and dried out, it should not have been served to anyone IMO. The girl gave me small drink instead of the large I ordered then when I asked about it the girl said oh yes I forgot to get your drink, so she gave me the correct size , forgetting that she already gave me the wrong one. The icing on the cake…. when I opened my sandwich, it was not even the correct sandwich ! I was the only person in the drive-thru and I did not see anyone at the counter.
