I frequent this location as it is close-by to me and convenient. Which is great for me because I very much enjoy how well I’m treated here by each and every team member.
Everytime I enter, I’m greeted with a smile and friendliness. I regularly see the owner hop in the line and work alongside her employees which I think is really cool. I love how well they work together and how well they all seem to enjoy their jobs together. Everyone who I’ve interacted with here has been so nice, friendly, and helpful. And my food is always done well and right.
At other similar sub shops nearby, I’ve found myself having to pick off and throw away the produce from my sand-which because it’s wilting or not cleaned well. I never have that problem here. They are generous with meat portions and produce and will gladly add extra mayo for me (which they do anytime they see me now because I’m basically just mayo girl lol).

Do not go here. I don’t even know where to start. I knew it was going to be bad when the lady didnt even know how to make a cup of mac and cheese. I placed an online order that took 30 minutes longer than the pickup time with no other customers waiting. One of the workers was on FaceTime using her phone while making the sandwiches which is disgusting. I finally got my food again 30 minutes past my pickup time because they thought my order was under somebody else’s name! I finally got my order and they forgot half my order despite checking the contents of the bag and receipt probably 8 times. So I drive back to get it and it’s burnt and absolutely disgusting. Won’t be back here again.

Literally the worst Erbs I have ever eaten. This location is by far the worst as far as customer service and food goes. I am not sure why we go back, I guess maybe just hoping it gets better. We have shared feedback and no one cares, nothing changes. The chicken dumpling has always been a favorite and our go to when not feeling well, the last year or so it’s been watery every time. Tonight’s looked like dirty water. It used to be thick with great dumplings, definitely not the case anymore. $5 for soup that taste like salty water. It was a waste of money and I think the final straw for us returning here.

Always a must! Food is delicious and always fresh! I always foreget to take pic cuz I am so excited to eat! We got box lunches and had a picnic at the Bay. I loved the Cali with broccoli cheddar soup pickle, and dessert. Hubby got the Comet Candy, cheddar soup, pickle and dessert.

Bee (the owner?) has the best customer service ever and I can tell she works just as hard as the people under her. I am known as “milwaukee girl” because I am from there and was overjoyed about bread guts in a very colorful way. The other ladies that were behind the counter today (sat 7/19) were so kind and helpful. I feel welcomed and at home when I come to this location. The workers here treat me nicer than any other sub shop. I wish I could give this location more stars!!

The sub had 1 thin slice of turkey and 1 thin slice of cheese and shredded lettuce.. not worth $7.50 at the smoke shop at Oneida .. they get a negative 10 Don’t even wast your time . Have a good day .

This place owned by an amazing women, is the opitame of customer service. If you have ever worked in food and beverage you know mistakes can happen but what truly shows your character how you fix the mistakes. The owner has made me feel valued, cared for and a repeat, loyal customer. I know that she truly cares about my experience. This is my number one place to go for delicious food and outstanding customer service.

Was looking forward to a good sandwich and a cup of chili. Unfortunately I couldn’t get either☹️. Waited for about 10 minutes and absolutely no one came to take my order. Tried peeking in the back and couldn’t find anyone. Store was very messy and disorganized with some food sitting out on the prep table but no employees inside. Guess I’ll stick with schlotzsky’s across the street.
