This place has gone completely downhill. Food is disgusting and insanely overpriced. Got an epic signal an epic double and a medium Cajun fry for $30 and it’s absolutely disgusting poorly made food. Didn’t even get the cajun fries instead regular and just bottom barrel quality. Honestly don’t eat out nearly as much as I used to so thought this would be a treat but i only regret it. This place took over for Meatheads which was actually good. Epic Burger is just like everything else nowadays, higher prices and lowest quality. I will never go back.

Wow was this place good. Turkey burger, which you don’t typically expect to be that great at a fast food joint, was delicious. Grilled perfectly and well seasoned. Tasted very fresh. Sweet potato fries were… wow. Not that greasy and very flavorful. Loved the Heinz machine where I could make my own sauce. Employees were welcoming and came by to check on us which I appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Will return.

My farmhouse burger was cooked just right—thick patty, juicy, and the bacon’s crispy. The egg on top? Perfect and a little runny, which is how I like it. Simple, but it all comes together.
The chicken tenders are solid too, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and well-seasoned.
Sweet potato fries were perfect too. Seasoned just right.

Not a bad spot for a burger. Would like to try the chicken sandwich. Can make your own fry sauce which is very fun. Good was fast and although nothing outstanding, it was delicious.

We had such a great meal at this Epic burger! The food was of course delicious, but even beyond that, the service and speed was amazing. Kareem made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

First off-you don’t expect great service in a fast food burger restaurant. Miguel the manager, will shatter that expectation. Friendly and nice, he made a point to walk around and check on everyone. Burgers great. Cool barbecue sauce machine allows you to customize. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Texas mom here and wish we had EPIC burger back home. We visit Northbrook twice a year for appointments. We look forward to coming here everytime. The food is great, the atmosphere is nice, clean and comfortable. The people are amazing. They serve you like you are being hosted in their own home. We love it and will be back!
