My son and I visit this Burger King today around 5pm on Feb 27th. The male cashier look like he was foreigner. Had a nasty attitude after we finish eating. I ask for him for a refill. HE told me in have to get back in the line.It only take a couple of seconds to fill my drink up.After spending$25 .

It is fair to assume most people do not go to Burger King to spend a high dollar amount, even for a specialty meal that comes with a variety of items.

Hygiene is a very important thing to me, I went to this burger king last time and the woman that served my food had LONG acrylic nails and NO gloves. She grabbed my fries with her bare hands. Very gross, employees should know better because what was that… remind them about basic hygiene especially if they have acrylic nails, those nails hold thousands of bacteria!

Burger King #13586. Arundel Mills Circle, Suite FC, Hanover, MD. Took advantage of my adult son who has Down syndrome. Saw he had $20 and talked him into “5” cheeseburgers, separate order of medium fries and separate order of medium soda. Tried calling the store and the number is disconnected. Shame! You should be ashamed of yourself and realize the damage you have contributed to my son. There today, Friday, 7/18, 12:26pm. T=01L I=1 C=109. Never recommend this place.

This location does not offer ice coffee,however the app let us order and pay for vanilla ice coffee which cost more than hot coffee. We didn’t know until we picked up the coffee.

This mall location has decided not to sell food items à la cart anymore. You must purchase a full meal if you want to eat. The staff is always great and friendly. Food is always hot with fresh ingredients. Be nice if Burger King started using shredded lettuce and sliced their onions thinner. Also would be helpful if sandwiches weren’t smashed inside the wrapper.
