Reviews
Our server, John, was punctual and extremely attentive. I particularly liked the high back chairs and low lighting. The restaurant is based out of an old-style hotel built in the early 20th century, so if you like an older style setting, this is a good stop for that, too.
Another neat part was they had a few table side magicians gingerly going from table to table to perform. They of course offered the option to pass if you’d prefer they not come to your table, but the fellow who visited us was delightful. I’m a sucker for illusions, so .
I had an order of the Shrimp Fettuccine and the portion size was perfect. I’ve been to plenty of Italian restaurants where the portion size feels a smidge lacking, but not here. Over a half dozen shrimps that were gargantuan and DARN good to boot! Their house wine was also really tasty.
Overall awesome spot with very tasty food. Highly recommend.
The ambiance is cozy, dark, and intimate — a charming Italian hideaway that instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The table-side magic shows add such a unique and memorable touch that makes every visit feel special.
My go-to dishes are the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, the charred vegetables with a side of mashed potatoes, or a classic Caesar salad. And my current favorite is the new steak burger they just added, incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly. & the chicken piccata is fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared
The drinks are always on point, especially the Cadillac Margarita, which is hands-down my favorite.
Most importantly, I’m always well taken care of. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and consistently provides a great experience. Enzo’s has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll continue coming back.see you next week Enzo’s ❤️
The food is absolutely incredible. Everything tastes fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen. Whether it’s a comforting classic or something a little more elevated, every dish has been beautifully done and satisfying.
The staff truly makes the experience unforgettable. They are warm, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. After coming in so often, they make you feel like family. Their consistency and professionalism have genuinely enhanced my stay.
And the atmosphere? Just as wonderful. Dining inside the historic Glen Tavern Inn adds such a special charm — cozy, inviting, and full of character. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to again and again.
After eating here multiple times a week for three weeks straight, I can confidently say Enzo’s is worth five stars for the food, the staff, and the atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend.
I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this place was so bad I couldn’t stay quiet. Honestly, if I could leave zero stars, I would. We came in on a Friday night expecting a decent meal, and it was a train wreck from start to finish.
The Service: We were treated like a total inconvenience the second we walked in. It took way too long just to get water, and it’s no wonder why–the management was too busy watching the games at the bar to actually attend to the clientele. On a busy Friday, you’d expect some leadership, but it’s insulting to pay for a meal while the people running the place can’t even be bothered to look away from the TV.
The Food & Drink: The Chicken Picatta a total disaster!! Watered-down butter and lemon without even a dash of seasoning. The vegetables tasted boiled despite being listed as ‘roasted,’ and the mashed potatoes were a cold paste of butter and flour??
The Pepperoni Pizza: My best friend ordered this, and it was inedible. The dough wasn’t even cooked all the way through, leaving it soggy and flavorless. You can also tell they don’t clean their oven or establishment because the bottom was covered in burnt residue. How does a restaurant mess up a classic dish like pepperoni pizza?
The Drinks: To top it all off, we found bugs in our cocktails. It’s honestly gross and shows a complete lack of basic hygiene.
The Verdict: Clearly, they have no idea what they’re doing. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. If you want authentic food and a vibe that’s actually worth the price, go to Parque, Gunsmoke, or Chapala. Those spots are affordable, have professional service, and actually have chefs who know how to cook.
I don’t plan on ever coming back. Take my word for it and stay away.
