My experience was horrible. I came in at 6pm and didn’t get my drinks until 7:24pm. The service was bad. The lady that was assigned as our server never came back and we flagged down a guy, Hollywood— The name he gave me, was honestly the only vibe of the place. He was attentive compared to everyone else, we adored him. Great humor. By time I got MY food, no one else’s, it was cold to touch. Appetizers did not come out for a long time. Drinks were good though. It honestly was a waste of time and I should have left like several people before me that I witnessed with my own eyes. Mashed potatoes was severely under seasoned.

If you’re looking for a clean, fun, safe environment on top of amazingly BOMB food and service please check out ENV! I was extremely impressed with the lounge. More importantly, the general manager who goes by the name “Hollywood” is the final touch that blew me away. He was attentive with the guests. He is a great host! Kept the fun going the entire time. Ensured the guests were taken care of and the employees were on top of their jobs from the front door to the cooks and the servers it was an overall great experience! 10/10 recommend!

The food and drinks were a 10/10, and the DJ was also a 10/10 . Unfortunately, the service needs serious improvement. My first plate came out old, and we waited almost two hours for our food and drinks. The manager had a poor attitude toward my friend without fully understanding what happened. Overall, the service was disappointing. The staff could benefit from better training on taking orders and multitasking it’s not for everyone. On a positive note, the host stepped in and was great!

We called ahead due to an unforeseen issue and got no answer, even after sending a DM. When we arrived, our party wasn’t seated properly for the number we reserved. The music was so loud we had to yell just to get our server’s attention and place our order.
Drinks took about 30 minutes and didn’t come until the food arrived. We never received silverware and had to track someone down to get it. We were barely checked on during our meal and not checked on after the food came out at all, while a nearby table received much more attentive service. The food tasted great, but it wasn’t hot.
To make matters worse, an automatic 18% gratuity was added despite the poor service. Overall, the ambiance is amazing, but the service really took away from the experience.

A couple of my friends & I visited this establishment for the first time today for brunch. The food was nothing short of amazing and fresh. However, it was very warm in the building, even though they had fans going. The thermostat that was in the building that was hanging from the ceiling read 86. Our server was great until we ordered our food & drinks, after that it’s like she didn’t really bother to check on us. Our drinks were good but I honestly drunk more water than my drink to stay cool and hydrated. I would definitely give this place another chance but in the fall.

The drinks were good. But the service was very very slow and the crowd was not big. The music was great. The DJ is very good. My crew did get food and they said it was really good but it was not hot. They also do head shoulders, knees cup game, which was Entertaining for everyone there. Now, when I go to catch a vibe and a drink? Yes. I’m a little on the fence about ordering food especially during brunch hours on a Saturday and dealing with seafood. The wings looks very good and the Bisco waffle looks very very good. The catfish and grits And shrimp and grits look super delicious. Guy was even scraping his plate. I’m not sure if it was because he was hungry or that food was that good but everyone that ordered it pretty much demolished it. For drinks, I ordered the pineapple margarita, and the lemon drop, and those were pretty good as well , we also ordered a hookah and I wasn’t pleased with it due to the fact that it might’ve been a hole in the hose somewhere or it was too many holes punctured in the aluminum foil where the charcoal sits. I wasn’t against the hook but I wasn’t pleased as well, which they tried to fix it , but if that point I was for drinks in and ready to go. It took roughly 35 to 40 minutes before I received my hookah which was also an issue but I was over it. I don’t remember the waiters name But she was very precise with our orders.

The music was good. We had to wait to be seated even with a reservation. Waited over a hour to be served. A lady came to us twice and told us that she was going to get someone to serve us, no one came. The hostess realized we hadn’t been served yet and went to get someone, but we were over it and left.
