An unforgettable 18-course omakase experience, truly one of the most exquisite meals we’ve ever had.

From the very first bite, every course felt intentional, refined, and deeply memorable. The yellowtail jalapeño was bright and perfectly balanced, while the soup and delicate egg course added warmth and comfort between stunning sushi presentations. Each piece felt like a work of art, ocean trout that melted effortlessly, impossibly sweet shrimp, tuna topped with caviar and gold that felt indulgent yet perfectly executed, and uni from the coldest waters of Hokkaido that was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted, cold, sweet, buttery, and dissolving instantly on the palate.

Standouts included the scallop finished with lime and truffle salt, beautifully prepared wagyu, adventurous bites that kept the experience exciting, and a toro hand roll that was pure perfection. Every course built upon the last, creating a seamless progression that made the entire evening feel immersive and elevated.

The ambiance made the experience even more special. The lighting was ever so slightly dimmed, creating a romantic and peaceful atmosphere that felt intimate without being overly formal. Sitting at the omakase bar alongside just a few other couples kept the experience personal and engaging while still feeling private and relaxed. There is also a separate bar beyond the omakase counter with additional seating for guests who prefer to sit and order, but the counter itself is truly something special.

We left already planning our return. An exceptional experience we cannot wait to revisit.

Easily and by far the greatest sushi and Japanese foods myself and my wife have had in our lives. Every individual dish was explained to us, the origins and source of the fish, the toppings and sauces, and the attention to detail that was put on each dish by Chef Alvin was superb. Very nice people there everyone was extremely attentive and cared for our experience to be top quality.

We will absolutely return hopefully sooner than later. I can’t say enough good words about this establishment. I will be recommending Ensō no Sato to everyone that I know. Do yourself a favor and visit this place it’s truly one of a kind.

Found this absolute gem while walking around Huntington Village today and decided to give it a try on a whim, THB, I am so glad I did. It is still currently soft opening, and it already feels like a standout. The omakase experience was exceptional with incredibly fresh fish and balanced flavors, but what truly impressed me was the atmosphere: warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. There is also a beautiful bar inside with an impressive drink selection. If you are looking for a high quality, intimate Japanese dining experience, this is really highly recommend checking it out.

I finally found an Elegant, focused, and precise omakase restaurant, Enso no Sato.
Excellent fish, perfectly balanced rice, and a thoughtful progression from start to finish. No unnecessary flair—just true craftsmanship. Chef Eric is super friendly and fun. One of the best omakase experiences I’ve had.

I mean just….wow. Hardly ever write reviews.
Wife and I stumbled upon for date night.
We haven’t eaten this good since Masa or Sushi of Gari in the city. Still can’t believe this is right in our backyard!! Brilliant chef bringing 20+ yrs experience at top NYC restaurants, and if you want the absolute best Omakase experience on the island, you found it!! From the trout to the king mackerel to a5 waygu, salmon smoked (in front of you) , gold dusted, caviar loaded, palate balanced, shaved wasabi root…the only thing I’m looking forward to is going back!

Incredibly nice people and food was delicious.

We only got sushi, for appetizers the tuna tartare, absolutely one of my favorites I’ve ever had. Could eat 3 of them.

Also for some reason, their ginger on the side is oddly the best ginger I’ve eaten, sweet and tart.

For the sushi, the otoro and the bluefin was incredible. We got the sato and the kanpachi jalapeno roll and they were pretty good, but the a la carte nigiri was on another level. Could eat 10 pieces of otoro no problem
