⭐ Chef’s Recommendation: Smoked Truffle Salmon
It even comes with a little presentation ceremony — made with fatty salmon belly, lightly torched and topped with truffle soy sauce and smoky flavor. The texture is layered and rich in flavor — absolutely delicious!
⭐ Their sashimi quality is top-notch
My Japanese friend was right — every piece of fish was incredibly fresh. The chef’s sashimi and sushi platter was impressive and beautifully presented, perfect for date nights . Especially recommend the Tuna and assorted fish roe!
⭐ Tepan Style Hot Stone (pictured)
The stone-grilled rice received consistent praise from everyone at the table. Cooked to perfection — crispy on the outside, flavorful inside. A must-try dish!
⭐ Motsu Nabe (Beef Intestine Hot Pot)
If you don’t like spicy food, be sure to ask for no chili ️. The portion was generous with over 30 ingredients in one pot! It’s perfect for the cooler weather lately — hearty and satisfying . Will definitely order again next time.
They also have private rooms — great for small gatherings or date nights .
Everything we tried earned unanimous praise from my parents — from the food quality and service to the cozy atmosphere and great value. It’s definitely a spot we’ll return to .
This place has always been a vibe with great music and amazing service. I really enjoyed their promotions which I’m glad they didn’t get rid of. Can’t beat the price for Buy One, Get One 50% off special rolls.
My lunch visit was nothing but delightful. They did update the menu but most of the items remain the same. What I was looking forward to was the newer items as I like to adventure off into curiosity.
My newer choices consist of yuzu salmon tartare, Uni pasta, Motsu Nabe (a must have), Tepan style Hot stone (all time favorite), Double salmon roll, Cho Roll, Burrata Caprese and Saba Bouzushi.
All the dishes had their own sense of style and not too heavy. Portion is large enough to feed a family of 4.
Nothing was out of balance and the saltiness was just right.
Highly recommend for large parties and good time!
Their cocktails were also on point—super refreshing and well-crafted, complementing the food perfectly. The ambiance is stylish yet relaxed, and the service was attentive without being overbearing.
Highly recommend for a date night or just treating yourself to top-quality Japanese cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!
They forget to check on the table after they take your order. Our entrees arrived 20-25 minutes apart. They kept telling us that there is a delay in the kitchen because of the dinner rush. Even the one sushi order took more than 30 minutes to be brought out.
The food is decent so we will be back during lunch hours only. They seem to manage better at that time.
