We ordered the pizza and one 20oz bottle of soda. The wife and I shared the soda since neither of us drink much soda. Our server/counter guy brought us two glasses with ice without our asking him. Then he brought out plates and silverware, a roll of paper towels in a holder for napkins, and some Parmesan cheese for our pizza. He did a great job while tending to the counter and then other customers.
The pizza was pretty good as well. No it’s far from the best pizza we’ve had back east. But it was pretty good. While eating, another table had finished and gone. I watched our server really clean both tables that were put together, as well as the seats and such. I rarely have seen such a work ethic and cleanliness. I liked this little place more and more as we sat there. When we were finished, he began cleaning our table after asking us permission. But he wasn’t chasing us out. We sat for a few minutes since there were plenty of tables available. But we didn’t want to hold the table, so we finished and went on our way. But not until leaving a much better tip in cash than I would have if I had to tip up front on the credit card.
This pizzeria is different from a lot of conventional ways. But it works for them. Maybe give them a try if your near by and looking for something to eat.
If you’re considering getting a brownie, get one. They are homemade and delicious.
Note: the restaurant closes after Labor Day until April, when tourist season starts.
Everyone else – I would highly suggest going. The crust was great, the pizza itself was amazing. You can order pitchers of beer and drinks. The staff was always present if we needed something. We had the carnivore and the chipotle BBQ, and it was devine. 7-people, 2 larges filled us up, we didn’t have to order the 2nd pizza, but it was so good, we wanted too.
10/10 great experience!
I read reviews before coming here and saw that most of the negative ones were not about the food, but rather the commenters’ own stupidity for assuming a small pizza shop in a tourist town could accommodate unrealistic expectations, so my fiancé and I decided to give it a try.
The staff was attentive and pleasant. The pizza (sausage and pepperoni) was of the better pizza I have had. Crust was average thickness and tasty, toppings and cheese were cooked perfectly. I’m glad I cheated on my diet today and gave Eno’s a try! Thank you for the pleasant experience!
Our server was a younger gentlemen who was very polite and managed the busy night-time rush very well all alone in there and we had our pizza within 12-15 minutes piping hot. 10/10 recommend!!
We had Spicy Italian pizza. A+++++++
Experience: The older woman who took our order rolled her eyes at us and was clearly annoyed as we simply discussed and were deciding which type of pizza to order. She then aggressively asked us to state our order. I was shocked, that should have been red flag number one to leave the establishment. Then came the pizza.
Pizza: 1 star…if that. Sauce had no flavor. I ordered “garden” which consisted of minimal toppings of white onion, green pepper, olives, and canned mushrooms. The pizza was overcooked and very little flavor. Disappointing.
