The drinks are always made to order. They do a great job on this. Only con I have experienced is when the employee sees that there isn’t a tip their entire attitude changes and sometimes we don’t even get a response after being handed our drink/drinks. There are a few employees at this establishment that are doing this even on just a single drink… tipping culture has become an issue and makes me not want to return to this establishment. I do believe in tipping when you’re ordering multiple drinks/food with special requests or if you’ve experienced a wholesome moment with the employee and want to brighten their day like they had brightened ours. I think a group meeting with the staffing would be beneficial on setting a standard to not pressure your customers to tip when tipping was never even an option years ago. Giving people dirty looks and/or completely shutting down and not even speaking are some of the encounters I’ve had. I have also had lovely experiences with some of the staff too and have not had a problem with them if I hadn’t tipped.

Staff was really nice, however poor execution on the Santa Fe Bowl. $5.99 for what was a very small portion. Won’t be going back for anything more than coffee. Stick to the breakfast sandwiches.

Caribou is always good but I’ve noticed the spicy mocha doesn’t seem as spicy as the first one I had. It’s still good but sometimes the spice is so faint it’s hard to tell if it’s there.

I love how beautiful and cute this Caribou is. Unfortunately, the drinks were the worst we’ve ever had. They weren’t even drinkable.
Update: I emailed Caribou since I was bummed about our bad drinks. They sent back an email letting me know 2 drinks had been added to my account.
I’m thankful for their response. I love every other Caribou I’ve gone to and will remain a loyal customer, at their other locations.

Honestly, worlds apart from Starbucks. For one thing, 3 drinks here cost us a full $12 LESS than comparable drinks at Starbucks. But more than that, the coffee is actually good. Delicious, even.
