Enedina’s Tacos has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat in Franklin. We’ve been here four times since they moved from the taco truck into their brick-and-mortar location off US-31, and every visit has been excellent.
The service is always outstanding. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—happy to explain the menu, make recommendations, and help you decide what to try. You can tell they care about their food and their customers.
The food is amazing. We’ve had the chorizo tacos, steak tacos, and the birria tacos, and every single one has been packed with flavor. On our most recent visit, the guy at the window suggested the birria ramen, and wow—it was incredible. Definitely a must-try if you go.
Great food, great service, and a well-deserved five stars. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Went to their new location for the 1st time tonight. Only other time we have visited their food truck was a late one night and they were out of almost everything. This time we got the quesa Birria tacos, a steak burrito and some cheese dip. This had an old oil taste but everything else was amazing!

My go to is Birria Ramen because it is the BEST I’ve ever had in my life!!! I have also tried Birria tacos, chicken chimichanga, chips, queso and salsa. I have never been disappointed. I went yesterday for the ramen, but they were sold out. I got the chicken chimichanga with chips and salsa to try, which is also the best I’ve ever had. I would love to eventually try everything on their menu and I highly recommend them!!! I love that it’s like going to an actual Mexican restaurant, but instead of waiting inside for your to go food, you can just relax in your vehicle. 10 out of 10

The wife and I love the food. The meat has avery good flavor and the sauces are perfectly hot. We are from out west where there is awesome Mexican food on almost every corner, this place is top notch and is an awesome reminder of where we are from.

The food was amazing!! Authentic Mexican food, truly prepped, cooked and prepared with skill, flavor and attention! The carnita pork was incredibly flavorful and tender as was the birria beef! The soup was amazing by itself or for dipping. The street corn was fantastic and used real corn not canned stuff! Hands down better than any Mexican restaurant in Franklin, Whiteland or Greenwood. This is REAL Mexican food!! We can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu!! Well done and keep up the authenticity!!

We are so proud of our favorite taco truck getting a brick and mortar restaurant. If anyone can bring back to life this corner spot its them! We visited tonight (ordered ahead online parked and they brought it to us), but they had the line moving more efficiently than the last 2 owners.
