My friends & I were hanging out upstairs by the pool table for most of the night. Me & one of my friends went downstairs to go to the bathroom. We tried to go back up & the bouncer told us to go downstairs about an hour and a half before close. Okay, no problem. We went up there to tell our other friend to come down because they were getting ready to close (he hadn’t actually informed the people upstairs yet, for some reason) and the same bouncer came back up & gave us an entire lecture, telling us he should kick us out for “being disrespectful”. Now, I’m a food service manager myself & I understand how customers can really push you sometimes, especially when they don’t follow simple instructions. However, this was just not one of those situations. I’m 28 years old & this is the first time in my entire life I’ve actually been genuinely upset with any restaurant/bar establishment. He was very abrasive & that is NOT how you treat patrons, unless they’re really causing a problem. This was my first time here and I’ll NEVER be back.
Go to literally any Portage, Valpo, Chesterton, etc bar instead. At least those bouncers know how to speak to people.

Great, friendly staff. Fantastic customer service. Loved the atmosphere. Food was very good. They hosted a pre-game tailgate for my Alma mater, Upper Iowa University, and they were Fantastic hosts. Thanks Doug and crew! Definitely hoping to return to Hobart in the future!

Didn’t even know this place existed. Really cool bar, nice lighting and good service. And there’s an upstairs level which provides a VIP experience. I went to see a friend’s local metal band play. Carnyx kicks ass and so does the End Zone Bar in Hobart Indiana!

Endzone be so fun but the bartender yanna has terrible customer service, was rude to everyone for no reason and made our drinks terrible they had no alcohol for real and mainly juice…..gave bad customer service because people there wasn’t tipping her but she didn’t get tipped because of her hospitality.

Endzone is literally my second home, from the wonderful friendships I’ve made over the years with all the patrons, and the entire staff! You always feel so warmly welcome! I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years since I moved from Illinois. I’ve seen staff come and go, beautiful patrons that have moved away or passed away. Whatever the case, it is a place I love. Lori, Sarah, Stacey, are by far my dearest friends and bartenders, as well as many others that have worked here in the past! The Granger family in of themselves are just an exquisite example of what family and commordore exemplify! It’s an atmosphere of true friends all around! One of the true establishments in Hobart, Indiana I would highly recommend! Love ❤️ you Granger’s, Love you Endzone Staff!

First time here and gotta say it did not disappoint. Nice crowd for early Saturday to see the Band ERAS who are amazing! Had the beef sandwich and fries which was delicious and the bill was very reasonable.
If you aren’t a smoker like me this place is an early stop. Go see the band but get out before the DJ when it gets younger and busier.
