I started with a comforting chicken pot pie, followed by flank steak with eggs cooked just right. A dessert wrapped up the meal on a sweet note. Each dish delivered great flavor, showing real care in preparation. An experience worth coming back for.

My wife and I (from Nashville, Tn) were in Huntsville for a child free weekend to see a concert at Orion. We had reservations for 5 and showed up a few minutes ahead. Our waitress was Samantha. What a gem of a waitress. I ordered an old fashioned to start my evening. It was easily the best I have ever had and it’s my go to every where we go. After a sweet conversation with Samantha we ordered pork belly appetizer and pork chop and scallops for our main. This place is legit. My wife and I both agreed that it was the best meal we have ever had. All was phenomenal. We devoured all but a half dozen pork belly pieces but Samantha packed it up for us and we ate it half way through the concert! We will definitely be back. We can’t wait to bring our son. A huge praise to Samantha for being so sweet and helpful, and to the bartender for perfection in his craft. We WILL be back!

I’ll admit that I was hesitant when I realized this was inside the hotel, but this place was phenomenal! It was super empty, as it was the 2nd of January and the middle of the day, but our server/bartender, Charlie, was so kind and attentive and helped make it a fun experience. It was my grandfather’s birthday and the let him choose a complimentary drink or dessert. Everything we ordered was delicious, we usually leave with leftovers, but we cleaned every plate. If they have it on the menu when you come, do not skip the Brussels! We will be back when we visit in the spring; I’m excited to try whatever menu they have at that time! I hope they keep their fries year round because they were the best fries I’ve ever had!

Ok, so we visited about 3 months ago (on October 19th) and I have not been able to stop thinking about your vanilla fig mimosas!!! Holy moly, they are amazing!!! I have tried to recreate the magic at home, to no avail. Food was ok, I ordered a salad. I was there with a group of 10 and We all found the food to be ok. The parfait was a highlight! Service was ok. Our server (who was actually the bartender) was sweet but the restaurant was WAY understaffed. While it was almost empty, it was a complete cluster trying to get a table, I literally thought we might get turned away. They CLEARLY were not prepared to serve customers. But, again, our server was very nice, he was just stretched super thin and not able to come by but a couple times the entire meal. The food was all delivered to us by the kitchen staff who did not speak any English so it was challenging to communicate that they did not get most of our orders right. BUT, while the place was apparently riding the struggle bus, the mimosas were the saving grace!!!!

It was a little slow being seated. But once seated our waitress was amazing and her teammates. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and gave great selections on cocktails and the menu. I ordered these savory, sweet and spicy, roasted brussel sprouts with a dessert: banana pudding and a cocktail: the Black magic woman. Everything was delicious. Also pictured is a lemon drop Martini . When we come back to Huntsville, this will be out to come to spot!

I can’t say enough good things about Jo Jo was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and taken care of. Their drink recommendations were spot on, mixed to perfection, and they clearly know their craft inside and out.
What stood out most was their genuine friendliness and professionalism. Even during the busiest moments, [he/she/they] stayed calm, quick, and attentive. Whether it was remembering people’s favorite drinks or just keeping the energy up behind the bar, [Bartender’s Name] brought the whole place to life.
If you’re lucky enough to catch a drink made by [him/her/them], you’re in for a treat. A true master behind the bar!

I was deeply disappointed in the Valentine’s Day special menu. The mashed potatoes were flavorless and everything about the chocolate crème brûlée flight was awful. All of it tasted so bitter, except for the part that was literally just whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
The only redeeming part of the meal was the chocolate covered strawberries and the Prosecco. For $150 the meal was subpar.
Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service is nice but the food is beyond poor. The lobby was a playground of children staying at the hotel for a state wrestling tournament, which was annoying to be surrounded by kids running around screaming while out for Valentine’s Day dinner but I know the restaurant cannot control that.

Husband said this was one of the best steaks he has had in the Huntsville area so far!
We had a wonderful server and got seated pretty quickly. This restaurant is inside a hotel which we didn’t expect but it was beautiful inside and out! Food was delicious. Definitely recommend the bourbon cake!

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. 6/5 stars if possible. Beginning with the atmosphere, it’s perfectly lit, everything is new and clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The live music is a perfect touch and not too loud. The service- outstanding. Our server Amy was fantastic and gave excellent recommendations based off our preferences which she took the time to ask and get to know. I hope the restaurant reads this review and gives her a big shout out. The drinks were stellar. Highly recommend the signature drink with bourbon in it. The food was top notch. Everything we ordered was cooked and flavored to perfection. (I wasn’t super hungry so I got the basic cheeseburger, but it was still very good and reasonably priced) DO NOT FORGET THE DESSERT. The banana pudding might have been the best I’ve ever had. Will be back here again, and if you got this far in my review, you need to go here for anything from casual drinks with friends, fancy date night, or business meetings.

We visited CO/OP back on Valentine’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. While the setup is a bit unconventional, being located inside an open hotel lobby, our meal was superb. The filet is easily the best I’ve had in the Huntsville area thus far, with the garnishes being the highlight of the dish by complementing the beef so well. Service was prompt and friendly and we enjoyed our drinks.
