As a restaurant owner myself and a native Brazilian I can guarantee you that this is the best Brazilian restaurant you can find in Texas. Hands down.
– I have visited several ones in the area and none can deliver the same quality of food. They just can’t. Even the $$$ ones.
– Flavor, food temperature, delivery time and presentation are superb.
– Waiters give you a class of how to choose from the menu.
– Their service is fast, friendly and clean.
– Our waitress, Ms. Karen was top notch even when the place was fully packed.
– They have a small section of Brazilian products you can purchase for a fair price.
– The most important thing: The flavor is >AuthenticPlease note that most places follow Brazilian recipes, but to deliver the real Brazilian food is not for every restaurant. Some try and the result is that type of mushy meat with beans that were taken out of a can. Don’t waste your time. (The people giving one star review here is because they don’t know what real Brazilian food is, likely they ate in a Brazilian chain, managed by foreigners and think that was real haha)
I know and I can guarantee you: go to Emporio, you will have the best dish you ever had in your life. My experience there was unforgettable.

….worst service ever. An hour for breakfast in an empty establishment. That’s number one. Then, the server’s attitude was of bothered because she had to take an order???? She came to take the drink order and took the menu off the table. We waited and waited and waited, so I got up, took a menu from another table. Then went to her to ask her if I could order, that’s when she took a deep breath and said fine…like she was working on something else and I was supposed to order when she came to the table. After that it felt like we were punished for asking. The food took over 40mins to come out. Never again. I’m a good tipper even as my husband is not, but for the first time in my life, I didn’t leave a tip and don’t even feel bad about it. The owner and another server were too busy restocking the retail store; if you don’t realize that service to your customers is first, then you need to find another business.

Bistro lounge type of atmosphere for sure. With each bite you take, for each piece of food, your taste buds get lit up like a Christmas tree. The food was spectacular. The service was top tier. The attentiveness of our Waitress was phenomenal. Too bad I have to travel to the galleria area just to try new food because all we have is fast food around.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I love how they also give you unique experiences such as with their small grocery store, special music playing on the speakers, and occasional live music. The servers are great too. And the food! So special and yummy! My favorite is the fish stew. It is an underrated restaurant, and I should really come more often because it is truly the best!
