From the moment I parked my car I had an amazing experience. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted and met with the best customer service. Placing my order was a breeze, the wait for the food wasn’t too long seeing as that they make everything to order. My favorite flavors were honey barbecue, sweet heat and Asian zing? I believe. The atmosphere was also amazing, I will definitely be back!

Went into Empire for the first time. Service was great and food was outstanding. Probably the best wings I’ve ever had. Perfect cook on the wings. Tried 5 flavors and liked them all. Cajun Asian was my favorite but all were good. Definitely would recommend and definitely will return.

Morgan was running the night shift I apologized for coming a little late knowing that it’s frustrating coming in right before close however you honestly couldn’t even tell if she was the slightest bit of frustrated and she even engaged in a very meaningful conversation. Yall just earned a lifelong customer I love good customer service and care for the guest I will definitely be back I’ll bring friends this time to introduce them to MORGAN’s amazing customer service skills and her feel for people. I’m a frequent customer and usually have great experiences here. The food is always good, and service is normally solid.
Today, however, I came in three times (twice for DoorDash and once for myself) and the experience was frustrating. Precious handled all three visits by herself and was professional, positive, and efficient. Meanwhile, Tamara was on her phone each time. I watched her sit as Precious bagged all orders. Tamara was dismissive with a nasty tude when I asked about my order, even telling me it wasn’t ready when it actually was.
Employees like Precious make a big difference.

Stopped in to Empire Wings for the first time today. It will not be the last! The wings were absolutely delicious. Tried multiple flavors and enjoyed them all. Spicy garlic Parmesan was my favorite. Ask for the special fries with BBQ sauce and ranch. YUM! Carry out and fine-in available. Also have a full bar. Highly recommend!
