My pizza was AMAZING…I typically order from marinos pizza on state street but I had been busy ALL day and wanted delivery. This pizza was very comparable and it was delivered with love and still HOT…I’ve ordered delivery in the past, but NEVER met a delivery person sooooo greatful for the tip I gave. I will be checking out other items on their menu and WILL ONLY order from Empire Pizza before anyone else ever again. I hope their wings,subs, and Calzones are as awsome as this pizza was. I love you guys….see you probably tomorrow when my son comes to visit from vermont!!!

I placed an order through Mealeo. It appeared that the restaurant (Empire Pizza) received the order at 4:55 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 5:46 PM and 5:56 PM. It is now 7:38 PM and my order has not yet arrived. I attempted to call Empire Pizza to find out if something had happened. I was on hold for 15 minutes during my first call. I attempted to call back and was on hold an additional 10 minutes. I called a third time and was on hold for 8 minutes before I finally hung up.
Unfortunately, a similar situation happened a number of years ago. Something went wrong in the ordering system and I received notification that my order was cancelled. Despite that notification, the delivery arrived three hours later, and the driver banged on my door and scared me. I wasn’t expecting the order at this point, so I was not going to answer the door close to 9 PM.
I am hoping the same does not happen this evening.
Regardless, I am not able to get my money back because I cannot get anyone to answer the phone.
I do not recommend Empire Pizza. Their deliveries are either late or do not arrive at all. I should have thought twice about ordering from there again.

Very good pizza ,wings, grinders and much more! Anything and everything I have ordered from here is hot fresh and tastes delicious! Definitely a favorite for sure!!

Usually enjoy food from this establishment and the experience. The girl at the counter has always been very respectful and kind. However today 30 wings and 12 cut pizza. BAD DECISION decent but not as good as it’s been (normal, happens) thats fine, But we start eating the wings and jaws start hurting, i looked down to discover day old, discolored,dry wings, mind you its 2 in the afternoon. My wife calls, the man is rude and yelling, telling her bring the remaining wings back (mind you it’s Covid restrictions on that & snowing outside). @ this point he tells her, he “doesn’t trust her”, i was disgusted after eating their bad food and being asked to TRUST THEM & after him being violent with my wife. I take the phone and this guy started yelling @ me, telling me to stop talking to him like that right after he didn’t know i could hear him yelling @ my wife. Terrible. He’s a lucky man because I chose to pray & write this review. MY SUGGESTION, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT. THEY WILL NEVER SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN. Customer service is everything and old food is not acceptable period. To be fair, They young lady called back and offered to redo the wings and to my better judgment, we declined.

Wings were so dry and hard to chew they have to be old! The potato skins were cold potatoes with cheese sauce in them…. Maybe the super bowl wasn’t the day to try this place but i won’t be back!

Im highly suspicious of any positive reviews because they have been consistently bad Over cooked tasteless pizza over cooked under stuffed calzones wings that are dry anemic and awful. We got two drumettes out of ten wings & some wings were as small as my finger I am not kidding 90 minute wait time on orders & bad customer service. Go to yelp dont trust positive reviews. You can also see the REAL pizza that we took pictures of.
