A pretty solid buffet in the area at around $24.99 a person for dinner! It’s located in its own plaza with not many recognizable brands around so it could be a little bit difficult to locate, but it is nearby the freeway. Service is pretty attentive with water being free or soda for $2.99 a person. There’s a variety of food from sushi to salad to barbecue to traditional Chinese dishes and even some soups and desserts! My favorite one are the barbecue ones (labelled hibachi style) I have a lot of flavor to them and even have a little spicy to them especially on the beef or the chicken ones. A lot of the beef and the chicken dishes have some sweet sauces and even spicy to them catering to the local market where possible. There are even pizzas and chicken nuggets and fries. I do like the Mongolian style grill they have where there’s a lot of seafood options for a Mongolian grill of this type including fish, squid shrimp and even beef short rib which i never really see! Again, it’s also covered in this sweet teriyaki style sauce that is tailored to this area well. I also like the decoration set they have around as well as how the building looks! It looks like they have a massive amount of capacity if needed. I couldn’t imagine what this look like on busy holiday! It looks like they have the staff capable to handle this.

Wayyyyyyyyyy better than golden coral, Their food is very tasty and nicely presented. Huge menu selection and very nice choices. During our stay staff was very nice and welcoming.
Will Absolutely come here again With doubts.
one of the best sushi i ever had, Thai food, there was not an item that i didn’t like.
Everything was on point.
I loved the dining area, they have a hibachi booth that you could choose whatever you like and they would make it for you. Just amazing.
Overall 10/10 Experience.

Great buffet for the price! Like some other reviews mentioned, a few dishes weren’t as hot as they should be, but everything I liked to eat was tasty and enjoyable.

If you’re a seafood lover, this place is an absolute paradise. The variety is impressive, starting with incredibly fresh oysters served on the half shell—briny, cold, and just the right texture. Crawfish lovers will be thrilled too; whether you like them spicy, buttery, or with Cajun seasoning, the flavor is bold and satisfying. The highlight for many, though, is the sushi selection. There’s something for everyone, from classic rolls like California and spicy tuna to more adventurous choices like eel, uni, and salmon. Each piece tastes fresh and expertly crafted.
The buffet-style layout or à la carte setup (depending on location) makes it easy to sample everything. Honey walnut Shrimp , fried squid, and even baked salmon are often available, adding to the experience. Everything tastes like it just came from the ocean, which is rare for a seafood spot offering this many choices.
It’s a great place for both casual diners and seafood connoisseurs. Whether you’re slurping oysters, peeling crawfish, or grabbing your fifth sushi roll, you’ll leave satisfied. The price is reasonable for the quality and range of options. Definitely worth visiting if you crave a wide selection of fresh and flavorful seafood in one place.

My husband and I drove all the way to Moreno Valley to Empire Buffet Women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting,I know it’s only supposed to be the food that keeps you coming, but I come because I felt comfortable enough to eat there.Unfortunately I got a dirty eye from a girl waiter before we were even seated given that we drove so far, We just sat down ate the lady gave us our receipt before we even had a second plate, it’s not like we were filling them up like a tower of food.My husband didn’t even want a second plate,But went for me because they have a great sea food and raw sushi selection. Anyways at the end my husband and I were impressed by the fish pond, The greeter lady called a man who stood there as we were looking at the fish as if we were going to steal one., As many times as this place has opened and closed through my entire childhood and the flaws it may have. I have made the choice to never returned there again because of the way we were looked at and rushed out from a few workers, we were only there for 48 min at least counting eating time. I was very hurt,My husband and I are up standing hard-working citizens with kind humble God fearing loving hearts. but people are too much these days how you going to have a public restaurant I want to do stuff like that to push people away.

Interesting place. There’s a wide selection of food. However not so sure how fresh their food is. My friend got food poisoning here. So did my boyfriend (he ate their sushi). But I ate their cooked meat and was fine. So it’s hard to say…

A [would come again / 還會再來]
· one of the best buffets in Inland Empire with a good lunch price
· it was about 20$ USD with tax as of August 2025 for weekdays
· have fish + clam + pork + beef + chicken + sushi + shrimp + teppanyaki (they have every option available except the bougie dishes)
· really enjoyed their hibachi chicken + baked potato
· but some dish have repetitive strong flavor (the sauce ended up tasting the same later on)
· soup variety was also lacking
· they have good fried options (i loved their chicken wings + nuggets)
· i like how all their food was constantly refilled
tldr: must come for their lunch prices for it to be 10/10 worth

Best buffet at a great price. It really has just about everything to eat and as soon as you leave your table to get more the friendly staff removes your plates that you finish. Plus they have an hibachi grill. You really can’t beat it. Sushi. Sashimi. Oysters. Crab. Shrimp. Beef. Pork. And a full salad bar. Plus I do believe there is also pizza but that’s not what I went for lol. I would suggest this place to anyone that doesn’t want to spend and arm and a leg for a fantastic experience.

Food was mid as my daughter put’s it but decent. No meat, really in the fried crab. There are no utensils to break the crabs open. Floor and tables were dirty. A guy went around and swept here and there, but not really. Bathrooms were dirty, and that’s always a red flag for me, so I won’t be going back. Otherwise, food was decent. It’s worth trying once.

First time visiting. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Adults was $21 per person and kids 3+ are $16 per child. Our experience of this restaurant was mediocre. It was very busy. We had to wait about 10minutes. There was indoor fish pond which kept the kiddos busy. Lots of choices and hibachi was very good. The 2 biggest turn offs for me was the bathroom which dirty and the noise level of the crowds. This is a spot to try at least once.
