Great pick up spot. There isn’t much atmosphere, as you stand in line until it’s your turn to order, they put your food in a takeout container, you pay, then leave. Lunch pricing is quite reasonable. I went with the three (3) sides, which comes with rice (steamed or fried) or noodles and is their biggest option. Good serving sizes and the total was around $15.50. Food tasted good, they had the Asian bbq pork (the red pork) which was delish, and I had leftovers for lunch the next day!

It’s not the first time it’s rotten.
It is the “3rd”
The lady at the register would not refund me.
so I asked her to give me an egg roll because I paid for the product.
she refused give me an eggroll and she would not give me a refund
so I will go there anymore,
the shrimp is rotten
so many times. I was thinking if I go back, they’ll fix the problem but they haven’t

Easy Chinese takeout place. Great value, really affordable, super fast, and good taste. The general Tso’s chicken was super crispy still even after sitting a bit – loved it. I grabbed a plate here for around 11$ on a nice day and went to eat in civic center, great vibes!

This place is a life saver for the whole neighborhood. I love that this restaurant exists. The cook and the 2 main cashier women are super friendly, patient, and nice to everyone. This ESTABLISHMENT needs to be more recognized in SF.. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work and FRESH FOOD! I never gained a food sickness or food poisoning here. I’ve been a customer since 2017. Cheap, gourmet styled, and SUPER delicious, healthy, fast food. THANK YOU, EMPEROR’S KITCHEN! As a naive and a newby to the city, I’m very loyal to their restaurant!!

They offer ~$4 small togo boxes for entree items; it seems like a good price for the amount they pack into the box. The restaurant is takeout only, but the general tso’s chicken was delicious.

This place is great if you are looking for a cheap meal that you’ll actually enjoy, plus it’s only $10. They’ve got a lot of options that are consistently good and they have special items throughout the week if you get bored of their regular menu. They don’t have a dine-in option, so head over to the city hall park for some seating.

I never get the combo plate and ordering the medium containers to go it always seem like its much more expensive than when I multiply by container. the one time I complained they right away took off one item. I think they size you up for the price. Today it was $23.70 for 3 medium containers at $4.30 each plus two potstickers! Maybe my math is off and I think the tax is a lot so basically its best to ask for a receipt if you don’t just get the combo plate.
