We have gone here many times in the years that we have lived in Yoakum. It was good but not great. Today we decided to go again because it had been a good while since our last visit. It was great today. We got the deluxe fajitas and they had such a great flavor. And the tortillas were awesome. Keep up the great work. We will be returning a lot more now.

It’s a Friday evening and the place is buzzing! But we got a table quick and service was friendly and fast.
The wife had the tamale plate and I opted for the beef fajita enchilada plate. WOW OH WOW were they good! The sauce in both dishes were thick and creamy. Tamales had more meat than masa which was certainly a plus.
Emiliano’s will definitely be a staple place for us from here on out.

Been going to Emiliano’s for years, always been good. Wife and I went for supper tonight and were highly disappointed. She always got the chicken cutlet with cheesy spinach gravy on it, I always got the chicken cutlet with mushrooms and peppers with the cheesy creamy gravy on it. She told me on the way over a friend said they changed the menu and raised the prices, which I get it everything’s more expensive and we don’t eat out a whole lot. They changed the names and appearance of the menu was harder to find what we were looking for but we did, but what we got was a HUGE letdown… We both got the thin chicken breast cutlet like normal, but hers had a mess of cooked spinach and some peppers but NO cheese or cream sauce like it used to have. Mine was covered with about two rough chopped cooked bell peppers and mushrooms, no cheese or sauce which the menu specifically said it was supposed to have cheese, I specifically looked for it in the description. When we asked the waitress, she had to go consult with other staff and finally came back with a bowl of cold shredded cheese and said, “yeah yours had cheese, hers didn’t”. Could have brought a small bowl of queso at least that would have been melted, the shredded cheese was cold from the refrigerator… It was NOTHING like the really good food they have had in the past. Plus the price is $23 now instead of $17-18, for a lower quality meal. Seriously, some creamy sauce with a little cheese melted in is too costly to add now?? Even with a $5+ price hike?
I don’t take kindly to higher price and REDUCED quality… Won’t be going back…

A nice restraunt with a great menu that is like a book (seriously) Great margaritas too! Food was in good portions. The waitress took our order fast and delivered our food to our table very quick. I definitely would recommend this restraunt.
