Ordered a 32 oz smoothie with 2 boosters and they gave a 24oz. 24 Oz for 13 bucks and a tip is pretty lame. This location always makes it wrong because the workers are always talking to each other. Skip this location go to 38th st they are waaayyyy better

Only two girls working, no customers ins tore but when I told the girl I was ordering not picking up she got an attitude and sighed out loud. She just stared at me for a second and I blankly stared back. If you do not want to do your job maybe quit? The girl wears glasses and has curly hair. The nice woman making the smoothies said or did nothing disrespectful but the girl at the counter 11/22 @1:38 pm, needs a performance review. Never had an issue before but with this girl. Always had an attitude when you are ordering.

I was there on Thursday this week around lunch I did not catch the girls name who was working and she was super sweet. She was playing gospel music and the vibe was extremely positive. There was a line basically out the door, and she was hustling fast to take care of everyone. I got the Emerald with peanut butter, SO YUMMY!!! The free upsize was a bonus. She is awesome!!!

1st time at the emerald city smoothie and I have to say if I lived closer to here it would be In my top five drink places. The smoothie I chose was the rejuvenator. It’s a lite smoothie with strawberry flavor. after drinking it I could feel my body craving for more. As someone the regulars jamba juice walking in for the first time, emerald city doesn’t seem like what you would expect from a smoothie place but after looking around a little bit and reading the descriptions of the drinks you can tell that the whole place is dedicated to the well being of body health. Customer service is good too my drink was prepared before I had to pay, though to some this could look like they haven’t been serviced yet, they’re actually preparing your drink before they ring you up. All in all if you’re fine with trying something new try this place.

I’ve been here before and my smoothie was great, good customer service from a young man working. Came back and the customer service was short and felt unauthentic. I HATE to complain about young women working but out of all the emerald smoothie franchises this one threw me all the way off with the energy. My smoothie was way too watery so I went back in to kindly ask for it to be re-made. I’ve been getting the same smoothie for years… I know how it should be made if the recipe is followed. The other girl who didn’t help me looked confused and asked when I got it and who made it. I literally had walked out the door, took a sip and came right back. The girl helping me took the drink and made it correctly without saying sorry, my bad, thank you…. nothing except the unapologetic look on her face. I see there are other comments with similar experiences….. maybe owners should share the comments? As cute as the store is and I happen to like the music they were playing, I absolutely would not come back.

I got an acai bowl. It was literally ALL liquid, more like acai soup. & it shouldn’t have been melted since I got it right away after it was made. Terrible for my first time coming here, I’ll stick to Jamba Juice. Look at the pictures it’s literally all soup not a thick acai base at the bottom like normal. It was ALL liquid. Spent $13 and threw it away immediately & just went to Jamba Juice right after ♀️
