Not busy, service didn’t take long. Food was good but not outstanding. Had the fettuccine which was a good sized and filling portion, though the sauce had split. For the price I’d say this was a better option compared to the other stuff around the airport.

Service and atmosphere were average but the ‘tender’ short rib on the short rib melt was inedible and there were no caramelized onions to be found; I’m not even sure the meat was short rib, but I do know it was tough, fatty and inedible. So disappointed I picked this place for my lunch while waiting for my connecting flight

Unbelievable food quality, atmosphere, and service for an airport restaurant. Initially (before my flight getting delayed 4 consecutive times), I got the order for to go. Mahilet, the cashier, took care of my note regarding urgency and helped me very swiftly. This was one of the best chicken pesto paninis I ever had. Portion was reasonable for the price. They have a very lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant with vibrant and happy colors and lighting fixtures. The chairs are very comfortable for sitting. The restaurant is sparkling clean. I ended up coming back to restaurant and sit since their chairs was so comfortable. I am very grateful to Mahilet for her hospitality and service.

I had a great time at the Embarque Whiskey Grill. I did not eat food, but the dishes I saw looked great . I received great service from Annie & Michael. It is a quaint bar with a nice ambiance. Please check out the menus I provided. Next time, you are frazzled from traveling. I highly recommend treating yourself to a beverage and relax from traveling! Thanks for reading my review!

Embarque is located in the N gate area of Seatac. We came for a drink after breakfast. One of the bartenders provided us good service & had good follow-up to see if we were enjoying our drinks.
I had the PNW sour, he warned me it had some egg whites (the froth on the cocktail) which I personally didnt mind or think much of. This place was a little less crowded than the others in the terminal and they seemed pretty prompt in getting their customers waited on and with what they need.

Arrived at SeaTac around 8:45 and my husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat. Embarque looked great. The menu was exactly the kind of food we were looking for and it said they didn’t close until 10 so we thought it would be perfect. We get to the register & were greeted with a very unwelcoming glance. The cashier turns and asks through the window if the kitchen is open (I’m hoping so considering they don’t close for an hour?) and was told it was. We order our food and mid-sentence she cuts us off and says “to go only” when other people are already occupying tables. She just seemed to have a bad attitude the entire time and I was uncomfortable. Overall, a very unwelcoming and unfortunate experience. Would return for the food but absolutely not for the service.

5 STARS for Shewit! Her service and attentiveness was perfect and made the best old fashion I have ever tried. Food service was okay and the short rib sandwich was good. I recommend they use Texas toast with salted butter.

Our server Ana was first rate. She was very pleasant, and attentive. Our food was freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. When you’re in SEA-TAC stop in and relax between your flights.

… my great experience is excellent, I ordered Salmon chowder and flatbread pepperoni , great food! Just the right place to hang around for waiting for the flight.
