The lamb chops, sweat potato mash, and cranberry sauce were delicious! We appreciated the host that was able to find us a seat without a reservation. The tables were somewhat close, but I understand they want to be able to get as many people in the dining area as possible. The food and live music were worth the cramped space. I would definitely recommend a reservation, maybe the seating options would be better. The complimentary banana bread was also so tasty! Thank you Elvi’s Kitchen.

Great food though a bit pricey for what you get. I ordered the fried conch fritters, fish creole, and a frozen rum drink. Everything was delicious. All the seafood was super fresh. The creole sauce was full of flavor though I needed to add some habanero sauce to up the heat a bit.
Service was a bit lackluster. I didn’t feel particularly welcome.
The ambience was really nice. On Fridays they have a live saxophonist which was a really nice touch.

Lively and good vibes. Sat us right away. Highlights were both our entrees – Snapper Sere and Pibil Tacos. The snapper dish was probably one of the best seafood entrees I’ve ever had.
Favorite drink of the night was the Mole Fashioned. Also got the Smokin’ Sandia. Would get both again.
Conch fritter appetizer was OK.

Make Elvis Kitchen a top priority when visiting San Pedro; the food here is amazing. I had the signature curry, which provided a robust, savory, nutty flavor. It was thick. I opted to include shrimp and fish in the curry, and the flavors unlocked a new segment of my brain. I also had the coconut shrimp, and those were also great. The curry alone may be the best dish on the island, period.

We’re so glad we stopped by Elvi’s Kitchen for lunch! The food was delicious, and the drinks were top-notch — the margaritas were some of the best we’ve had. Josias provided outstanding service, making our experience even better.
The atmosphere is really unique and fun, with sand-floor seating that gives it a true island vibe. It’s a relaxed, welcoming place where you can really kick back, enjoy good food and drinks, and soak in the surroundings. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in San Pedro!
Tip: since it can be very crowded at night, lunch was a great choice!

This was the best food we had on our trip to San Pedro. Its very difficult to get a table for dinner if you dont have a reservation so i recommend putting in a reservation request a few days before. The service was great and the food and drinks were very unique and flavorful! We ended up here twice because we really enjoyed the food!

The food is nice, the drinks too! But it is definitely pricey for the area. The service as everywhere in Belize is a problem. Employees are or look lazy especially on an empty place with 3 tables only occupied.
It s good for once just to try.

This was our best meal on the island. Yes, it was a bit pricey. We thought it was worth it. From the ambience, to the service, and to the food and drink quality— 5 stars all around. We had shrimp cocktail and empanadas as an appetizer. Several of us then had the (stone) crab claws, while my husband had the snapper sere. We are major foodies, and my husband makes some of the best food of anyone I know and is therefore very particular. My son, his girlfriend and I all agreed these were the best stone crab claws we’ve ever had, and my husband was very complimentary of his meal as well. Finally— the smokin’ sandia is a must try. We are currently back home and juicing watermelon in the kitchen in our attempts to recreate it!

After a day on the beach, a completely delicious evening at Elvi’s Kitchen tonight … an infamous local restaurant here in San Pedro. From our greeting by Paul at the front door to the fantastic recommendations and hospitality of our server (and new friend) Darwin we’re in love with Elvi’s! Pineapple Margarita and Hibiscus Vodka Limeade kicked off the meal, with Shrimp Esquite as our starter. We LOVED our entrées: Jimmy had the Caribbean Chicken and I had Chef Jennie’s Signature Curry (fresh grouper filet version.) Check their menu for details: Elvi’s Kitchen. Darwin sent us home with hugs and a surprise package … which we found to contain freshly baked banana bread! Darwin will be getting homemade goodies from me when I return. ❤️

The mole old fashioned is the best drink I had in Belize. The food here is absolutely delightful. The trio appetizer was to die for. I wish I went here every night. The outdoor bathroom walkway with the huge pothos is really cool too.
