Compared to my past ordering experiences in the city, I wasn’t expecting it to be immaculately clean, neatly organized, and even seasonally decorated. The service was incredibly fast, everyone was very kind, and they made the whole experience feel effortless.
I also didn’t remember the prices being this good, so that was a great surprise. Overall, it completely changed my perspective about the chain — the product, the value, and the overall customer experience.

Ordered 12 piece nuggets meal, Chicken sandwich deluxe meal, and a couple of large mac and cheese. Drive through lanes were packed as can be expected and interior line was initially long but went fast and efficiently. Food was great and of a better quality than most fast food places. My youngest loved just how drag the waffle fries were. Server forgot to include the requested sauces but immediately a staff member was present and asked us if something was wrong. Remedied the situation lightening fast. This establishment is new and I’m sure there are some growing pains but despite the small issue with the sauces, I would highly recommend. A fast food chain that emphasizes quality ingredients at reasonable prices was long over due in Rockland County. Best of all, you could see the proprietor, Mrs. Kim in the back working right along her employees. There is no better way than to lead by example. Hopefully this establishment will be a success. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for affordable quality fast food.

Surprisingly, aside from the line to place the order, it was one of the better Chick-Fil-A experiences I have had. The food tasted better than other locations. Service was friendly. Received the food quickly. Sat outside, which was nice. Tables with umbrellas helps with the sun. The inside eating area was a little crowded. It’s just opened, so maybe things will even out in time.

We stopped in the Nanuet Chick-fil-A for a dine-in meal on our way upstate and had a very nice experience. Everything was super fresh and perfectly prepared, from my piping hot Chick-n-Strips, to my fresh and well-seasoned kale salad. The man who made my Sunjoy made it perfectly – not too sweet (I asked for unsweetened iced tea.
The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When we walked in, there’s was what looked like a soccer team ahead of us. Happily, we did not have to wait long to be served as the staff was efficient. The location was also very clean and orderly, by the counter, in the dine-in seating, and in the restrooms.
Owner/operator Eillie Kim was there, working hard along with her employees. She was always busy, whether serving customers at their tables or at the pick-up-counter with a smile, replenishing supplies, or ensuring the dine-in area was clean. She clearly takes pride in her restaurant and sets a great example for her employees.
We all enjoyed our dine-im meal, for what was more than a typical fast-food experience. I have marked my Google Maps app with this location so that next time we head this way, we will stop at the Nanuet Chick-fil-A for a nice meal.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the fries and chicken are always fresh and perfectly cooked. Their sauce is absolutely delicious and makes everything even better. My daughter loves eating here and always gets excited when we come. Highly recommend!

Chick-fil-A Nanuet really went above and beyond for our latest visit. We actually called ahead of time asking if we can celebrate my grandmother’s 81st birthday with 8 to 10 people in the restaurant. They said absolutely. They reserved a few tables next to each other just prior to us arriving. Upon entering the door, multiple staff members came over and introduced themselves. They were overall so welcoming and accommodating! The whole entire staff even came out singing, happy birthday to my Nan and gave her a special little dessert treat! We were blown away by the kindness and the attention that Chick-fil-A gave us! The food was fantastic, as always!!! The whole experience really made my grandmother‘s birthday special!

We give this Chick-fil-A a full 5 stars, and honestly, it’s well deserved. We actually drive all the way from Poughkeepsie just to come to this location because the service, the food, and the overall experience are consistently better than most fast-food spots anywhere around us. It might sound crazy to some people that we travel that far for a chicken sandwich, but when a place treats you right every single time, you don’t mind making the trip.
The staff here is extremely friendly — the “my pleasure” attitude is real, not forced — and they always seem to keep things moving even when it’s busy. The food comes out hot, fresh, and exactly the way we ordered it. The nuggets have that perfect Chick-fil-A flavor, the sandwiches are juicy and well put together, and the fries actually come out crispy instead of soggy, which isn’t something you can say for every location.
We also appreciate how clean the inside is. Even when the restaurant is packed, the dining area and bathrooms stay well maintained, which makes a big difference. It shows that the staff cares about the restaurant and the customers.

Food – Absolutely fantastic. The #2 chicken sandwich was made perfectly and was beautifully tender with the perfect amount of breading. Every sauce provided, free of charge, was perfect and I have no complaints about the taste of any of them, other than the ketchup (I just dont like ketchup). The chicken nuggets were absolutely phenomenal, beautifully juicy and tender to utter perfection. Best chicken nuggets in the fast food industry without a doubt. The vanilla milkshake was also absolutely stunning. Best milkshake I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. I got a little sad when I finished it. The only complaint I have are the fries, not because of the taste (they tasted very great) but because they were slightly over salted for me.
Service – Beautiful service. The cashiers were both extremely welcoming and talked with a nice tone the whole time, very well trained workers. When I got my food, I did however only get 5 nuggets in my 8 piece nuggets order. Of course, this is a problem on the restaurant’s end. But I did tell them and only 1-2 minutes later, the very welcoming and well put together manager came out, asked about the issue and even though I ate some of the 5 nuggets I received, he offered another 8 piece for 100% free of charge, or a discount on my next visit to the restaurant. Absolutely once in a million service that you won’t get at any other place than Chick-fil-A and I see why this place has been talked about for their stunning service.
Atmosphere – The place is very well kept, I didn’t see anything on the floors or tables, spotless from what I could tell. They also had nice decorations for the autumn season, such as tiny little pumpkin props of varying season-matching colors like orange, brown and grey.
Overall a great place with practically no complaints, I highly suggest you visit and I will be coming back.

When I was at Chick-fil-A we had this employee that was absolutely amazing! I believe her name was Kailey, she greeted my friends and me with such a genuine smile and made us feel super welcome from the moment we walked in. Her kindness and patience really stood out—she made sure our order was perfect and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. The service overall was fast and friendly, and the whole restaurant had such a clean, positive atmosphere. It honestly made our visit way better than we expected. Huge shoutout to Kailey for making our experience so great!
