As a Mexican myself, I honestly feel like people are lying to hype this place up. I came in expecting solid street corn flavors, and what I got was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
I ordered a large cup with mayo, cream, and Hot Cheetos crumbs. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. The so-called “hot sauce” was the worst part — not sweet, not spicy, just aggressively sour. Once I added it, it completely overpowered everything else and ruined the corn. There was zero balance of flavor, just straight acidity.
The Hot Cheetos crumbs were also a letdown. Somehow they tasted bland, which is honestly impressive in the worst way possible. Mixed with that sour sauce, it became borderline unpleasant to eat. This is not even close to authentic street corn, and it definitely doesn’t justify the hype or the price.
To make matters worse, the customer service was sub-par. No warmth, no effort, no care — just going through the motions. When you’re serving food that relies heavily on flavor and culture, attitude matters.

If you love a good elote you need to check this place out! Their variety of toppings and house made sauces were absolutely delicious. They also cook their corn instead of using canned corn – that’s how you know it’s legit! I love how it’s conveniently located at the post so that you can enjoy a variety of food options and make sure to leave room for your antojitos!

There wasn’t anyone there when I first walked up so I went back 5 minutes later. When the girl came back to place everyone’s orders she was very straight faced. I ordered a medium elote with extra mayo. The total was $10.80. Waited about 10 minutes got my order and first bite impressions was the cheese is extremely dry. As if you left parmesan cheese out uncovered to oxidize. And there wasn’t enough mayo so I asked the girl if she could put more and she said it was at the bottom. I trusted her and got in the car and the general overall taste was bland corn water with undercooked corn and ridiculously dry cheese. Disappointing for an almost $11 corn ( I added chips to save the corn but the corn was to cold and bland)

Saw this on my way out and it caught my attention! Love the concept of different mayos and the owner prepared it how she would have it and it was delicious! Highly recommend and she added her own twist and it’s a HIT!
