Best Elotes I’ve had so far in the Houston area, and in the photos I always get a large for $6 which I held it next to a large fast food cup for comparison. 10/10, I can always order well even though I don’t speak much Spanish at all. No water at the bottom of the cup, and they definitely put more mayo/cheese in the middle for when you eat deeper into the cup. Highly recommend!

Not your average snack truck, you can tell by the way the dish is prepared that these guys actually care about their customers and the quality of their meal.
The prices are very realistic and every ingredient was hot and fresh, you won’t find any stale chips here.
