Elo’s Hibachi also travels all over CT and Mass. Elo’s is also available for catering events of all sizes. Elo can cater any outdoor event, such as company gatherings, festivals, school functions, and parties of all sizes, directly from the food truck. He can also just stop by for your companies lunch hour with plenty of notice. Elo can also cater indoor functions with food trays of your choice according to the number of guests attending. I absolutely love Elo’s food truck. I had the hibachi steak plate and it was so flavorful and the steak was cooked just right. Oh and I can’t forget the cheeseburger egg rolls! So good ask some yum yum sauce to dip it in, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back!

I had the salmon plate. Best salmon I have had in a long time. The glaze was a perfectly balanced savory with a touch of sweetness and heat. Perfect cook on the the flat top grill. Rice was a complex blend of flavors that grew with each bite.
