I would definitely return to try something else, but I will say it’s alittle hyped up from what it should be. Whenever food looks really good, I always question the taste/flavor. The waiting area is heated as you get closer to the entryway, so that was a plus. The wait was not long. We had 4 or 5 parties in front of us. We were seated in about 10min at the bar. I ordered the Candy Land Mimosa, peach Bellini, breakfast tacos (with chicken and french toast bites), and the birria breakfast burrito. The candy made the mimosa taste much better. I figured it would be tasty due to them adding cranberry and pineapple juice, but it was not. Maybe they needed more juice. My friend enjoyed his bellini. He also enjoyed the food. For me, the tacos could have tasted better. The French toast kind of tasted like it was already made and sitting. Maybe large batches are done since it is a popular topping on their dishes. The burrito was my favorite. It tasted much better the next day. There is parking available, but the parking spaces are tight in the parking lot. IG worthy photos. Service was quick. They get everyone in and out in a timely manner. The menu is overwhelming, so I’m sure I will return to try something else in the future.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a great meal with your family, Elm Street Diner is it. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. The desserts are next-level — massive, over-the-top, and perfect for sharing. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience everyone will love.

A 4 star rating is appropriate. It carries great ambience and the staff was great and provided great service. I ordered the vodka chicken parm and the pasta was a bit overcooked, the sauce was great but the chicken was a bit tasteless. There was a lack of natural juices as they only had processed ones, however the menu was impressive composed of dozens of dishes. Overall, would come again but hoping for better food next time.

You know, when you see places blow up on social media you’re a little skeptical. Normally the aesthetics are great but the food is eh. Not here though! The food was so instagram worthy & DELICIOUS! Plus the portions are hugeee.

Everything my friends and I got, we loved. We came here on a Saturday night around 7pm and did not have to wait for a table. Service was kind of slow, but the restaurant was busy so it was expected.

We got the double stack big mac quesadilla, buffalo chicken curly fries, and strawberry cheesecake french toast. My personal fav was the quesadilla and strawberry cheesecake french toast! They were both super delicious and filling. We went home with so many leftovers. Such a good deal for the price and how much food you get.

They have all these outrageous foods, especially their dessert. A great place to bring your kids for a birthday party!

Very fun place for their over the top shakes. If you are looking for a fun wow factor these shakes are it. Didn’t try any of the over the top food so curious how that is. The regular food we had was marginal, not diner standard but in fairness two of the meals were kids meals. Will likely return again when looking for a crazy wild food experience. If it were food alone I would rate a 3 but this place is definitely worth visiting for an outrageous dessert.

Enjoyed a dinner here, and returned for breakfast the next morning. Dinner was very good, we had a burger and a southwest salad. Both tasted very good, and surpassed diner expectations. They gave us free donuts at the end of the night and we enjoyed watching them make milkshakes for other customers. For breakfast we had pancakes and the Grand Slam breakfast. Both were very good, waiter was helpful in substituting sides, as well as fast and attentive. Overall really enjoyed our experience and is a solid staple for the area!

Decline in quality and unacceptable customer service

I’ve been ordering from Elm Street Diner for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

I spent $70 on a salad, a chicken wrap, and cheesesteak egg rolls. The chicken wrap was not edible — the chicken was rubbery, soggy, and clearly not fresh. This is not how the food used to be, and anyone claiming otherwise is being dishonest or ignoring a serious drop in quality.

My wife’s salad had cold, chewy chicken, which again suggests food that was either poorly prepared or had been sitting far too long.

When I called to explain the issue, I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable — just acknowledgment or a solution. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and essentially told nothing could be done. I was even told the food has “always been the same,” which is simply not true given how long I’ve been a customer.

What made the situation worse was a follow-up call five minutes later asking me to drive the food back so they could inspect it. By that point the food had already been thrown away, and expecting a customer to waste more time correcting their mistake is unreasonable.

The call ended with me being told there was nothing else they could do and then being hung up on.

Everyone has an off night — what matters is how a business handles it. Elm Street Diner handled it poorly from start to finish. Between the sharp decline in food quality and the lack of basic customer service, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place anymore.
