The coffee here is not my favorite, but it’s ok. The main reason I started coming to this location is their grits bowl. I LOVE the grits bowl and started getting coffee to have a one stop shop. Problem is they are always “out of the grits bowls for the day”. AT 6:40 IN THE MORNING! YOU JUST OPENED! HOW ARE YOU OUT? I did an experiment when this started becoming a frequent problem. I stopped at this location twice a week for the month of January. I spread my visits out to allow for truck to come. Of the 8 times I stopped here, SIX TIMES I was told they were “out for the day.” I’m left to assume that either the management staff can’t properly order OR the staff here doesn’t want to be bothered to make this item and are taking the easy way out of claiming to not have it. Either way, if you guys don’t want my business or my money, message received. I’ll go elsewhere.

I love the Pine level, Alabama. Location they are always super friendly and super nice and know exactly what I want to order when I pull up to the window. But I would love to recommend something. I’m not sure if y’all do it or not. If y’all could have a refill cup, half price, maybe once a year or so, that would be great. I know you have the rewards points which is awesome.

Very disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Just sloppy work. And it wasn’t filled up. Please train your team on how to properly make a drink and to stop playing around. The person behind me left the line because 2 drinks were taking so long.

Ellianos is my favorite coffee shop! I love their coffee coolers and their espresso drinks! The coffee has a great flavor. My kids also love their smoothies and their rewards add up much quicker than Starbucks!

Oh my gosh! This place is so good!! I’m glad I went by on my way out of town. Great sandwich and coffee. I got the Tuscany Toffee iced coffee and a sausage egg and cheese croissant

Coffee is good but not super and not better than Starbucks but they charge as much or more than Starbucks. That’s ridiculous! Also, the service is extremely slow! Everytime I have gone there I have to wait about 15-25 min to get a coffee. There are always 4 to 5 cars in both lines. I recommend Scooters on the same side of town bc it’s cheaper and much more FASTER!

I ordered an ocean mist edge on ice extra large and it wasnt enough ice in it and plus it felt warm like it was already made and it was sitting up for an hour. I didn’t enjoy it at all and I spent my $9.69 I will not be returning to this location again. Located in Prattville ,Ala 814 East Main Street.

I really like the drinks and the bagel breakfast especially. Its super cheap, yet they manage to put out amazing coffees and provide exceptional service. With a drive thru on either side and the work ethic of everyone inside at all time highs, this shop is working as efficiently as possible to meet your requests, at least that’s how I felt. A long line is no issue with them they make every customer feel important no matter how short the interaction managing to serve everyone in a timely manner all the while pushing out coffees and food of the best quality.
