Our cafe is a friendly, casual place with a modern atmosphere bringing you finely-prepared meals made from scratch. At our American restaurant, you will experience a variety of meal options from our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. No meal would be complete without our mouth-watering ice cream. Absolutely loved this bakery! From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh bread and pastries is incredible. We tried Ellen’s on the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. The shrimp bisque is regularly on the menu and it was delicious. Niçoise salad was on special that day. The tuna was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were fresh and it was plated beautifully as you can see. The perfect ending to this meal was the bakery. They even had gluten free options. So happy we found this little gem. Can’t wait to return!

I had the Maurice Salad, my son had the beef salad and my daughter in law ordered the tuscan chicken sandwich. We shared the truffle fries for the table. I have to say the food was delicious. If im back in Michigan I would definitely visit again.

This place is great. We went here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised how good the food and atmosphere was. I had the eggs Benedict with mushrooms. They bake their own bread which tasted excellent and they have decent coffee. On the way out we bought some of their freshly baked bread and home made ice cream and drooled over the delicious booking cakes and cookies. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We had breakfast for the first time there this morning. Our breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee. Our waitress Suzanne was very nice too. The bakery is wonderful too, of course i had to bring home a cupcake for dessert.

This is a fantastic choice for a gluten free diner! Any of their sandwiches or burgers can be served on their delicious gluten free bread. They also offer at least a few daily gluten free soups, and several gluten free options. I had a turkey reuben on gluten free bread, a tomato based soup with meatballs, and ordered a flourless choclate cake and a coconut macaroon to take home and eat. It was worth every bite!

Excellent excellent place for Breakfast and a weekend brunch. The menu has many unique offerings and service is quick. The Sunday hostess always goes the extra mile to make sure we are Taken care of And most of the servers are prompt and courteous.It is always very busy but they get you in Quickly. If you’re in a hurry, you can sit at the bar. The specials menu never disappoints. Love the spanakopita Omelette with a hint of dil. The Florentine omelette is to die for with the herbed cream cheese. The attached bakery has many unique Offerings and their lunch menu is quite good too.
