So first time going to Ella Mae’s Nice environment of course because it’s inside the West social tap, but the older lady which I think was the owner had an attitude so we walked in sitting down at the register we ordered our wings a young man that was off the clock to time out to help us place our order actually placed our order tow the other employee they want the chicken well done also put it inside the order. So I get my wings and they were not well done so I took them back to explain to the worker the young man that helped me that was off the clock that my Wings was as well done I did proceeded to finish talking in the lab which I wanna say the owner jump in and cut me off as a customer telling me and him. Oh no, we ain’t about to do this so I’m just questioning. What does she mean by that? Did she take her customer service class very very unprofessional and rude.

My husband and I drove over from Indianapolis 8/23. We placed an order with friendly and helpful staff. We waited a very reasonable amount of time while listening to a lovely smooth jazz mash up, playing on the television. The bathroom was in good and tidy order. The chicken wings are whatever is above phenomenal. The greens & mac are also beyond delicious. The lifesaver and applesauce puts a bow on a perfectly presented meal. We will definitely be returning customers.

Excellent wings. We had the family wings with Mac and cheese and butter potatoes. Mac and cheese could have used some more milk or something to make it more moist and it was lukewarm at best.
Service was excellent and the counter person was very helpful in helping us use the ordering screen.

Had this delivered today. We had chicken and butter wedges. I was impressed how hot it was because I live 25 minutes away. The last time I had broasted chicken was 30 years ago from boaster hut on the west side. If ykyk. And it is very similiar.

I ordered a braoster family meal with a dessert of banana pudding the price of the banana pudding was 7.27.. when I seen that I had nothing but nilla waffers and small potions with a smiggit of pudding and it taste like straight out the box not delishious at all. This was not what I expected when my friend picked My food up for Me.What a rp off. Do better on the dessert or take it off the menu. Lesson learned I will not patronize this place again.

Online ordering was super easy and convenient. When I arrived, I was greeted by an awesome lady. My food was hot and seemed fresh. My only issue is that I ordered Wing Dings and that is not what I got. I ordered those due to the quantity and size, but got a note in my bag that said “no wing dings.” I wish I were informed ahead of time because I didn’t get enough wings to feed everyone I orders for, and if I wanted wings I would have ordered them. In the future, do not substitute orders without contacting the guest first. Also, if you have no wing dings, remove them from your online ordering aite.

As a loyal customer who brings business to this establishment, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE LUNCH SPECIAL THAT WAS ADVERTISED BY ELLA MAE’S FACEBOOK PAGE ON 7/25/25 WAS NOT HONORED.
The post did not specify that the special was one per person and when tried to order 3 10pc specials they told me no. Then changed the advertisement to read per person. That fact that they changed the advertisement while i was standing there is diabolical! I have ordered from there 8 times in the last 2 months,They have lost a real loyal customer. And they have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL! THEY WONT LAST LONG….
