Great, fresh food, cooked when you order it. Hand battered fried food, homemade, like grandma cooked herself, desserts, and accommodating and kind waitresses, cooks, and owners. The cooks love what they do and you can taste it in the food. Welcoming and warm friendly atmosphere. They even offer catering. So, well liked by the community, they stay busy. (That should speak for itself) So, if you are going to be in a hurry to eat, definitely call ahead. It’s completely worth the wait for the fresh, delicious choices. HIGHLY recommend!!!

One of the best places in Bruce Ms. To eat. Steve Nix has an excellent “base” menu, and always has specials for breakfast lunch and dinner. He has a heart of gold and when a family has a tragedy, he and his staff will take care of said family, no questions asked. The staff is great, always happy to help. Couldn’t ask for a better dinning experience. My only complaint is they get really busy and they need a bigger restaurant.

I have been amazed, and highly satisfied with Ella Kate’s Cafe since its conception! I LOVE every meal that I’ve eaten in this heartfelt soul warming establishment. I travel OFTEN 50 plus miles one way just to dine at Ella Kates. If someone were to ask me why Ella Kates I’d respond and say WHY NOT? Let me also add that Ella Kates staff is more than accommodating to all catering, dining, large party/ordering needs.
